Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Alabama

In Alabama the buying problem is usually one of three: a plant shutdown that puts contractor crews on site around the clock, a secured facility where the trailer and the pump truck both need gate access, or a short event peak that sends everyone to the restrooms at once. Each points to a different answer: restroom-only or shower-equipped, two or four stalls, with or without cabin heating for a northern winter. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a plant shutdown, count contractors at the busiest break alongside any plant restrooms still open, and treat showers as an explicit requirement or leave them out. For a short event, peak users in the busiest 15 minutes set the stall count and showers rarely matter. For a secured facility, the full footprint and the service lane decide as much as the layout.

Three Alabama placements compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Mobile-area plant shutdown
Contractor crews for a few weeks with a break-time rush; a 4-Stall if the plant restrooms are off limits, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a dedicated 20-amp circuit from a temporary panel or a generator in an approved spot; A/C first; pumping scheduled around the shutdown calendar with the service provider already on the gate list.
Huntsville secured facility
A long placement for a building closure; peak users at shift start and lunch; a level pad the pump truck can reach without crossing a controlled area; a dedicated circuit from the building; heating for winter mornings; delivery and service credentials arranged before the unit arrives.
Tuscaloosa event peak
A few days at a time, several times a year; a short surge after each session, so stalls matter and showers do not; a restroom-only or 2-Stall unit on a generator; fill before, pump after; storage between dates.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Alabama splits into a Gulf coast with long humid summers and a tropical-storm season, and a northern tier with real winter cold. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. On the coast, A/C comes first and the trailer belongs in the site's severe-weather plan, with a shutdown or relocation decision made in advance rather than assuming it stays in use through a storm. In northern Alabama, consider heating for year-round use. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a secured plant site, the waste-service provider needs the same standing access as the delivery, arranged with security before the first pump-out.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Secured sites
Delivery is one appointment with the tow vehicle; the pump truck and water fill return for the life of the placement and need a standing gate pass, not a one-day pass. On an event or campus site, confirm the drop location, who signs, and where the unit is stored between dates.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Alabama.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Alabama titles some trailer types and exempts others, and a restroom trailer can fit more than one description depending on its category and weight. Confirm the classification, the plate and the tax due with the Alabama Department of Revenue and your county license plate issuing official before registration. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile, Huntsville and Tuscaloosa each run their own building and permit offices; Hoover, Madison, Prattville, Daphne and unincorporated county land are separate counters.

FAQ

Can the pump truck enter the same secured gate as delivery?
Only if the site approves it as a recurring visitor. Delivery is a single appointment; the waste-service provider and the water fill return on a schedule for as long as the trailer is in use. Ask security for a standing pass, agree a window that avoids plant traffic, and choose a pad the truck can reach without crossing a controlled area.
Which layout suits a plant shutdown versus a short event?
A shutdown runs for weeks with long shifts: count users at the busiest break alongside any plant restrooms still open, and choose a 4-Stall when the break empties into the trailer; showers only if crews are housed on site or the contract requires them. A short event is a surge of a few minutes, so a 2-Stall or restroom-only unit on a generator is the usual fit.
What changes for winter operation in northern Alabama?
Huntsville and the Tennessee Valley see freezing nights for stretches of the winter. Consider cabin heating for year-round use, and ask how the exact unit's plumbing should be handled in freezing weather and in storage. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit.
Can the trailer run before the site has power and water?
Yes: a generator sized from the baseline under Power, the onboard tank filled from a potable source, and refills and pump-outs scheduled from monitored levels. Switch to the dedicated 20-amp circuit and a potable hose when they are live.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Alabama?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Alabama is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
