Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Massachusetts

Massachusetts buyers usually face one of three situations: a campus building closure that has to be covered before the restrooms go offline, an urban facility project on a tight pad with public or private receiving rules, or a placement that stays in service all year. Each changes the layout, the footprint and what has to be true about power, water and the pump truck. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a campus or facility closure, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval, such as a class change or a shift start, alongside any restrooms that stay open; showers are usually only needed where staff are housed or work extended shifts. On an urban pad, the operating footprint below often decides between the 2-Stall and the 4-Stall before demand does.

Campus closure, urban facility project and year-round placement compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Campus summer closure
Restrooms close in June and reopen in August; peak at the class or shift change; a 2-Stall or 4-Stall on a service drive near a dedicated 20-amp outlet and a hose bib; the facilities office controls receiving hours and the pump truck's route; the unit must be running before the closure date.
Urban facility project
A hospital or office renovation on a narrow service alley; a 2-Stall may fit where a 4-Stall cannot; measure the pad against the footprint below and the pump truck's approach; a curb drop needs a loading-zone permission from the city rather than the property.
Year-round placement
A yard or long project occupied through winter; the exact unit needs documented cold-weather capability, continuous power and a provider who will fill and pump through winter; otherwise store it after draining.
Trailer body
10 × 7 ft for the 2-Stall, 19 × 7 ft for the 4-Stall, overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet) for the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Towbar
4 ft on the 2-Stall; 5 ft on the 4-Stall and on the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Steps, ramp and use
the entry steps at each door, the deployed ramp and a level landing at its foot on the accessible configuration, and queue space kept clear of the doors and the ramp
Delivery and service access
a straight approach and turning room for the tow vehicle on delivery day, and a lane the pump truck and water fill can reach for the life of the placement

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Massachusetts summers are humid and winters are cold, so heating is worth considering for spring, fall and early shifts. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Public versus private receiving
a drop on a private service drive needs the property's receiving hours and any gate credentials; a drop at a public curb needs a loading-zone or street-occupancy permission you arrange with the city in advance. Say which applies.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the pump truck returns on its own schedule and needs the same permissions and a lane that stays open for the life of the placement.
Island addresses
Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and other ferry-dependent addresses are confirmed separately, if delivery can be offered; statewide quoting does not include a ferry crossing by default.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Massachusetts.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles registers trailers; a trailer with a GVWR of 3,000 pounds or less is exempt from a title, and a restroom trailer typically exceeds that, so expect title and registration. Confirm the requirements for the exact unit and its documented weight with the RMV. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. A Boston address and a Cambridge address are different cities, and a campus can be its own authority inside either.

FAQ

What must be commissioned before a building closure?
Power at the pad (the dedicated supply under Power, or an approved generator spot), a potable fill or hose connection, a test of the pump, every fixture and the climate controls, a walk of the user route and the pump truck's route, and a service agreement with dates. Do it before the building restrooms go offline, with a contingency if the project runs long.
Will the complete setup fit the urban site?
Measure against the footprint rows above: body, towbar, steps or ramp and landing, queue space and a lane the pump truck can reach. Body plus towbar is only the parked length. A 2-Stall on a tight pad is often better than a 4-Stall that blocks the service lane.
How does winter use change equipment selection?
It moves the question from heating to documentation. Occupied winter use needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, as described under Climate, plus continuous power and winter service. If you only need the unit from spring to fall, heating for the cold ends of the season may be enough, and the unit is stored after draining.
Who permits receiving at a public curb?
The city, through its street-occupancy or loading-zone process, arranged by you before delivery. On private property it is the property operator's receiving hours and credentials. The pump truck needs the same permission on each visit.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Massachusetts?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Massachusetts is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
