Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in California

California buyers rarely share one climate. A coastal event in San Diego or the Bay Area runs mild and damp, an inland site in Sacramento, Fresno or the Inland Empire runs hot for months, and a Sierra placement has a defined season and real winter. The decision is the same everywhere: peak demand at the busiest moment, whether showers are genuinely needed, how the site will supply power when the venue restricts generators, and who will refill and pump the unit. Distance from our Florida base also matters: setup support and parts arrive remotely and by shipment, not from a local yard. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In California, production and event work favors compartments, a fast load-in and a configuration the venue’s power can support. Recurring facility use, agricultural labor housing and remote crews are where showers and hot water earn their place.

Coastal, inland and mountain examples

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Coastal production or event load-in
A shoot or festival near the coast with a set load-in window. Demand surges at breaks. Needs a placement inside the venue’s route and footprint rules, shore power assessed in advance because many venues restrict generators, A/C for warm afternoons and cabin heat for damp evenings, and a service window agreed with the venue because a pump truck cannot arrive mid-program.
Inland recurring facility use
A restroom closure or a long project at a facility in the Central Valley or Inland Empire. Demand is steady through the day. Needs a paved placement with a usable accessible route, building shore power, continuous A/C through the hot months, and cleaning and pump-out set by monitored tank levels.
Mountain seasonal operation
A camp, trailhead or construction site in the Sierra used late spring through fall. Showers are worth considering if crews stay overnight. Needs a stable pad after rain and frost, generator power sized for the configuration, a season that ends before hard freezes unless the exact unit has documented cold-weather capability, and off-season storage per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. On the coast, expect mild temperatures, damp evenings and salt air near the shore: cabin heat is useful more often than expected, and the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions for exterior and fittings apply. Inland, cooling comes first: continuous A/C while occupied and power sized for the exact unit’s climate equipment; do not infer electrical load from cooling BTU. In the Sierra and mountain counties, A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Venue power
Many California venues, parks, campuses and production lots restrict or prohibit generators. Have the available supply assessed against the exact unit and arrange a compatible power source before delivery.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
Production lots, venues, campuses and ports have load-in windows, check-in and route rules; secured sites need a named receiver. Tell us whether the pad will later be reachable by a pump truck, because delivery access and recurring service access are different questions. Routing into mountain counties is quote-dependent.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow. For a distant buyer, support and replacement parts are handled remotely and by shipment; keep the exact unit’s documentation and serial number at hand when you call.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in California.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
California titles and registers trailers through the California DMV. Confirm the category that applies to your unit, including whether the Permanent Trailer Identification program applies, the weight basis, and the taxes and fees identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. There is no single statewide permit rule for placing a restroom trailer. The parcel may be controlled by a city, a county, a state park, a school or college district, a fairground, a port or a studio lot, and each applies its own review. Verify the actual parcel authority before you apply.

FAQ

What changes between coastal and inland operation?
On the coast the questions are damp evenings, salt air near the shore and venue power rules: cabin heat is useful, exterior care follows the manufacturer’s instructions, and shore power is often the only option. Inland the question is sustained heat: continuous A/C, shade where possible and power sized for the exact unit’s climate equipment. In the mountains the question is season, because a standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability.
What if the venue restricts generators?
Ask what supply the venue offers and have it assessed against the exact unit’s electrical requirements before delivery. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection. If the venue offers shore power through its own distribution, confirm the circuit and the distance to the pad; if it offers nothing, the placement may need to move to where power exists.
How will a distant buyer receive setup support and replacement parts?
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely, followed by 3 months of setup and operating support by phone and video. Warranty parts are arranged under the written warranty and shipped. All Pro does not operate a service network in California, so local repair labor and recurring servicing are arranged by you.
How does an event load-in differ from recurring facility use?
An event is a surge: compartments for the busiest break, a fast load-in inside the venue’s window, and a service plan that fits around the program. A facility closure is steady use over weeks: a paved placement with a reliable accessible route, building shore power, and cleaning and pump-outs on a schedule set by monitored tank levels.
How much room does the wheelchair-accessible configuration need?
The body, the towbar, the deployed ramp and its landing, plus a level approach from parking or the entrance. Review the unit’s documented ramp, landing, doorway and interior dimensions against your site and the route to the trailer; level placement is part of the setup.
Can I rent a restroom trailer in California instead of buying?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. California is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
