Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Washington

Washington buyers plan around two climates and one mountain range. West of the Cascades, Seattle, Tacoma and Vancouver placements run mild and wet, so the pad, the accessible path and the service lane matter as much as the unit. East of the Cascades, Spokane and the inland basin have hot summers and real winter, which limits when a standard unit can be occupied. Remote sites on either side need a confirmed water and pump-out plan before the trailer is ordered. Decide peak demand, showers, power source and service route, then match a configuration. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Washington, campus and facility closures, municipal projects and western venues mostly need compartments, cabin heat and a stable accessible route. Showers earn their space at agricultural, forestry, utility and remote crew sites where people stay on site.

Western, inland and remote examples

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Wet western placement
A multi-week project or event near Seattle, Tacoma or Vancouver in the rainy months. Demand is steady or surges at breaks. Needs a paved or compacted pad that stays firm under the trailer and the pump truck, a firm accessible path to the door and the ramp, cabin heat for damp days, shore power where available, and a service lane that works in the rain.
Colder inland use
A facility closure or a project in the Spokane area or the Columbia Basin. Demand is steady through the day. Needs building shore power, A/C for hot summers and cabin heat for the shoulder seasons; if the placement runs into winter, a standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied use without documented cold-weather capability for that exact unit, so plan the season or the unit accordingly.
Remote site
An agricultural, forestry or utility site far from services. Showers are worth considering if crews stay overnight. Needs a graded, stable pad with room for the deployed footprint, generator power sized for the configuration, and a confirmed water hauler and authorized waste-service provider willing to make the trip; if no provider will reach the site, the site cannot support the unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. West of the Cascades, mild wet conditions last much of the year, so cabin heat is useful well beyond winter; A/C matters in summer. East of the Cascades and in the mountains, summers are hot and winters are real: A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
Tell us about the pad surface and the approach in wet weather, gate widths, overhead limits and secured-site check-in. Delivery access and recurring pump-truck access are different questions. Mountain-pass routing between western and eastern Washington, and delivery timing generally, are quote-dependent; there is no fixed delivery window until the quote confirms one.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Washington.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request
region and season; surface and route; the unit’s winter documentation; utilities; local service.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Washington titles and registers trailers through the Department of Licensing. Confirm the category and weight basis that apply to your unit and the taxes and fees identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane and Vancouver each run their own permitting; a parcel outside city limits is typically a county matter; ports, campuses, state parks and tribal land apply their own rules.

FAQ

How do western and inland operating plans differ?
West of the Cascades the plan is about wet ground and damp days: a firm pad, a firm accessible path, cabin heat, and a service lane that works in the rain. East of the Cascades the plan is about season: A/C for hot summers, cabin heat for the shoulder months, and a hard look at winter, because a standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability for that exact unit.
What makes the placement usable during wet weather?
The surface and the route. Place the trailer on paved or compacted ground, keep the ramp landing and steps on firm level ground, and give the pump truck a lane that does not cross soft turf. Walk the route after rain before the first service visit. If the route fails, move the placement rather than wait for it to dry.
How will a remote site obtain recurring service?
You arrange a potable fill, from a hauler, a hydrant permit or a suitable well, and an authorized waste-service provider who will travel to the site. Confirm both before ordering, including frequency and whether the approach works for their trucks. Showers increase water use and shorten the interval. All Pro does not operate a service network in Washington.
Does cabin heat make the unit a winter unit?
No. Heating equipment warms the occupied cabin. Whether water lines, tanks and the pump are protected in cold weather, the minimum operating temperature, and what happens during a power interruption are separate questions answered by the manufacturer’s documentation for the exact unit. Ask for that documentation before planning winter use.
How is delivery across the Cascades handled?
Routing and timing are confirmed on the quote for your receiving address. Mountain-pass conditions can affect the route and the date, so we do not state a fixed delivery window in advance. Send the receiving address, the date you need the unit and any access limits, and the quote will confirm availability, routing and timing.
Can I rent a restroom trailer in Washington instead of buying?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Washington is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
