Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in North Carolina

North Carolina buyers face different problems by region: recurring industrial shifts at a coastal port or plant, a Piedmont production facility or construction site whose utilities change over the life of the job, or a mountain venue where access and winter decide the purchase. The choices run the same way everywhere: restroom-only or shower-equipped, two or four stalls, cabin heating or A/C only. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a shift site, count users in the busiest 15 minutes of shift change alongside any restrooms still open. For a long construction job, the question is whether the unit can move between a generator and a permanent circuit as the site changes. For a mountain venue, the full deployed footprint and the service route often decide more than the layout.

Coast, Piedmont and mountain placements compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Coastal recurring shifts
A Wilmington-area terminal or plant with rotating shifts; a 4-Stall if shift change empties into the trailer, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a dedicated 20-amp circuit from the building; A/C first, heating for winter night shifts; a standing gate pass for the pump truck and a window that avoids yard traffic.
Piedmont production or construction site
A Triad or Charlotte-area expansion with utilities that arrive partway through; a 2-Stall or 4-Stall sized to the busiest break; a generator at the start, a dedicated circuit once the panel is live; heating for winter mornings; a pad that stays reachable as the site changes.
Mountain venue
An Asheville-area outdoor venue used spring through fall; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration with a usable route to the ramp; a generator in an approved spot; heating for cool evenings; a level pad the pump truck can reach; winter storage planned before the first season.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
The coast is humid for most of the year with a tropical-storm season. The Piedmont has hot summers and winter cold snaps with occasional ice. The mountains have a real winter with snow and freezing nights for long stretches. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a mountain site, confirm that a local provider will drive the route before you commit to the placement.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A port terminal, a fenced construction site and a mountain driveway are different drops; send the receiving contact, gate instructions and any overhead, grade or turning limits. Delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and water fill return on a schedule and need their own access, especially where a site changes over a long job.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in North Carolina.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
NCDMV titles and registers trailers, and the plate, any tax and the weight basis depend on the trailer's category; confirm the classification and the build-sheet figures with NCDMV or a license plate agency before registration. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Charlotte building permits run through Mecklenburg County while several Mecklenburg towns handle their own; Raleigh is surrounded by Wake County towns with separate offices; Durham has a joint city-county inspections office; Asheville and Buncombe County are separate governments; and Wilmington is distinct from its beach towns and the state port. Confirm the office for the parcel you will use.

FAQ

What differs between coastal and mountain ownership?
On the coast, A/C comes first, the trailer belongs in the site's severe-weather plan, and shift-change peaks set the stall count. In the mountains, access decides: measure the approach grade, width and turning room for delivery and the pump truck, plan a level pad, consider heating, and ask how the exact unit's plumbing should be handled in freezing weather and storage. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit.
Can a trailer operate through changing construction utilities?
Yes. Start on a generator sized from the baseline under Power and the onboard tank filled from a potable source; move to a dedicated 20-amp circuit and a potable hose when the panel and water are live. Keep the pad reachable for the pump truck as the site changes, and schedule refills and pump-outs from monitored levels in both phases.
When do showers add practical value?
When people are housed on site, work extended shifts, or a contract or event requirement calls for them. A day-shift crew mostly needs stalls that clear the break. If showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration; it removes the water heater and a large share of the water consumption.
Can delivery and service vehicles reach a mountain venue?
Measure before ordering: approach width, grade, overhead clearance, turning room and a level pad with room for the body, towbar and steps or ramp. Send photos and measurements with the quote request, and confirm that a local waste-service provider will drive the same route on every visit.
Do you rent restroom trailers in North Carolina?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. North Carolina is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
