Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Oregon

Oregon placements succeed or fail on the ground under them. A Willamette Valley venue in the wet season needs a stable pad, a usable pedestrian route and a service lane that still works after days of rain. A Bend-area or rural site sits higher and colder, with a defined operating season and a longer trip for water and pump-out service. Decide peak demand, whether showers are needed, the power source and the service plan before choosing a configuration. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida. Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Oregon, valley venues, campuses and facility closures mostly need compartments, cabin heat for cool evenings and a dependable accessible route. Showers belong at forestry, agricultural and remote crew sites where people stay on site.

Valley and high-desert examples

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Wet-season valley venue
A fall or spring event on grounds near Portland, Salem or Eugene. Demand surges at breaks. Needs a compacted or paved pad that will not rut under the trailer or the pump truck, a firm pedestrian route to the door and the ramp, cabin heat for cool damp evenings, shore power or an approved generator spot, and a service lane the pump truck can use in the rain.
Facility closure in the valley
A restroom renovation at a facility that stays open. Demand is steady through the day. Needs a paved placement near the affected entrance with a usable accessible route, building shore power, cabin heat for most of the year and A/C for summer, and cleaning and pump-out on a schedule set by monitored tank levels.
Bend-area or rural placement
A camp, construction or agricultural site in central or eastern Oregon used late spring through fall. Showers are worth considering if crews stay overnight. Needs a graded, stable pad, generator power sized for the configuration, a confirmed water hauler and waste-service provider willing to make the trip, and an operating season that ends before hard freezes unless the exact unit has documented cold-weather capability; off-season storage follows the manufacturer’s instructions.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. West of the Cascades, cool damp conditions last much of the year, so cabin heat is useful for far more than winter; A/C still matters in summer. In the Bend area, the high desert and the mountains, A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Seasonal storage
At the end of a seasonal placement, drain, clean and store the unit per the manufacturer’s instructions; ask what the exact unit requires before the first cold night, not after.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
Tell us about the pad surface and the approach after rain, gate widths, overhead limits and secured-site check-in. Delivery access and recurring pump-truck access are different questions; a route that works for one delivery may not work for weekly service in the wet season. Routing over the Cascades to central and eastern Oregon is quote-dependent.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Oregon.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Oregon titles and registers trailers through the Oregon DMV (ODOT). Confirm the category and weight basis that apply to your unit and the taxes and fees identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Portland, Salem, Eugene and Bend each run their own permitting; a rural parcel outside city limits is typically a county matter; state parks, fairgrounds and campuses apply their own rules.

FAQ

How do I keep the accessible route and the service lane usable?
Start with the surface. Place the trailer on a compacted or paved pad, keep the deployed ramp and its landing on firm level ground, and give the pump truck a lane that does not cross soft turf. Walk the route after rain before the first service visit, and keep the ramp and steps clear of mud. If the route fails in the wet season, move the placement rather than the schedule.
What changes for a colder inland site?
The operating season. In the Bend area and the high desert, a standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit. Cabin heat warms the cabin, not the plumbing or the shower water. Ask about operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, a power interruption and storage, then plan the season around the answers.
How does a rural placement obtain water and pumping?
You arrange a potable fill, from a hauler, a hydrant permit or a suitable well, and an authorized waste-service provider who will travel to the site. Confirm both before ordering, including how often they can come and whether the approach works for their trucks. Showers increase water use and shorten the interval. All Pro does not operate a service network in Oregon.
Is cabin heat the same as plumbing protection?
No. Heating equipment warms the occupied cabin. Whether water lines, tanks and the pump are protected in cold weather, and what happens during a power interruption, are separate questions answered by the manufacturer’s documentation for the exact unit. Ask for that documentation before relying on winter use.
What should I do at the end of a seasonal placement?
Pump the waste tank, clean the unit, drain the fresh-water system and store it per the manufacturer’s instructions. The exact steps depend on the unit; ask for its storage instructions when you order so the first cold night does not arrive before the plan.
Can I rent a restroom trailer in Oregon instead of buying?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Oregon is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
