Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Maryland

Maryland buyers are dealing with three regions in one state: the Eastern Shore and the Bay waterfront, where the venue is reached by a narrow road and serviced by a pump truck that has to get back out; the Baltimore and Washington corridor, where a secured facility closure sets receiving hours and credentials; and western Maryland, where an occupied winter placement needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit. The jurisdiction question is real too: Baltimore City and Baltimore County are separate governments. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a waterfront venue, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval, usually the minutes after the ceremony, alongside any existing facilities; showers are rarely used at a venue. For a facility closure, the shift change sets the peak. For the accessible configuration, plan the route from parking to the ramp on the actual ground, which on a waterfront lawn can be soft.

A waterfront venue and a secured facility closure compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Eastern Shore waterfront venue
Peak in the minutes after the ceremony; a 4-Stall for a large reception; a level, firm pad near the venue's power with a hose from its water; operates April through October; the narrow access road has to work for the pump truck as well as the delivery, and the lawn has to hold the truck after rain; drained and stored at season's end.
Secured facility closure in the corridor
Restrooms offline for a renovation; peak at shift change; a 2-Stall on a service drive with a dedicated 20-amp outlet; receiving hours and credentials set by the facility; the pump truck needs standing credentials and the same lane for the whole closure.
Western Maryland winter placement
A yard or long project occupied through winter in Garrett or Allegany County; needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, continuous reliable power, a freezing-weather fill and a plowed service route; otherwise store after draining and operate from spring.
Accessible route
the path from parking or the venue to the deployed ramp, its surface and slope, a level landing at the foot of the ramp and queue space clear of it

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Central and Eastern Shore Maryland have humid summers and moderate winters; western Maryland is colder and snowier. Heating is worth considering for spring, fall and early shifts, and winter operation anywhere depends on documented capability. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On the Eastern Shore, the pump truck's route to the tanks is the first thing to confirm with the venue.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving and service route
send the approach, its surface, width and any overhead or bridge limit; a waterfront lane, a city service drive and a plowed yard are confirmed on the quote. A curb drop in Baltimore or another city needs a permission you arrange in advance.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and the water fill return for the life of the placement and need the same route and, at a secured facility, their own standing credentials.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Maryland.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request
the exact jurisdiction, the receiving and service route, the use pattern, the season of use and the power and water source.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration titles and registers trailers that operate on public roads. Confirm the title, plate class, excise tax and any inspection requirement for the exact unit and its documented weight with the MVA. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Baltimore City and Baltimore County are separate governments with separate permit offices, and a Baltimore postal address can be in either. Annapolis sits inside Anne Arundel County but has its own city offices; the Eastern Shore counties and the western counties each handle their own parcels.

FAQ

Which authority handles the exact parcel?
The property operator first, then the government that controls the parcel, as described under Check placement requirements. Check whether a Baltimore address is in Baltimore City or Baltimore County before calling; they are different governments with different offices. A waterfront parcel may also involve state or critical-area rules the county can point you to.
How do waterfront access and recurring service affect placement?
Place the trailer where the pump truck can reach the tanks on every visit, on ground that holds a truck after rain, with a route that does not cross the guest path. If the delivery can get in once but the truck cannot get back in, choose a different pad. Confirm with the venue and your service provider before buying.
What changes for winter use in western Maryland?
Occupied winter use needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, continuous reliable power, a freezing-weather fill and a plowed service route, as described under Climate. Heating warms the cabin; plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit. Otherwise store after draining.
Which layout fits a waterfront reception's rush?
Count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval alongside any existing facilities and compare under Choosing a layout; a large reception points to the 4-Stall. If showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Maryland?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Maryland is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
