Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Alaska

The first Alaska decision is seasonal versus winter operation. A standard unit with cabin heat is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use; that depends on documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for the exact unit, and cabin heating does not establish protected plumbing or a minimum operating temperature. The second is the destination: freight to Alaska is quoted per order for the exact receiving address. The third is a viable local plan for potable refills, an authorized waste-service provider and parts or repair, settled before the trailer is ordered. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Alaska, showers are most often justified at remote camps, fishing and resource sites and seasonal crews where people stay on site. A facility closure in Anchorage or Fairbanks more often needs compartments, cabin heat and a short walk from a heated building during the shoulder seasons.

Receiving and ownership sequence for Alaska

  1. Confirm the intended season and the exact unit’s documented operating limits: minimum operating temperature, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. If the documentation does not cover the intended conditions, plan a seasonal placement.
  2. Send the exact receiving address so freight can be quoted for that order.
  3. Confirm the receiving route and who receives: the address, the gate or yard, the equipment available to move the trailer, and the name of the person meeting the delivery.
  4. Line up local potable refill, an authorized waste-service provider and parts or repair arrangements before ordering. If none of these exist for the site, the site cannot support the unit.
  5. Plan the remote walkthrough: a video session at setup covering power, water, fixtures, climate controls and servicing, followed by 3 months of setup and operating support.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Cabin heating does not establish protected plumbing or a minimum operating temperature; plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit. Summer and shoulder-season use is the planning baseline unless the unit’s documentation says otherwise. Anchorage is milder than the interior; Fairbanks has deep interior cold; Southeast is wet and comparatively mild.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Power in cold weather
If the unit relies on electric heat or heated components, a power interruption is a plumbing question as well as a comfort question. Ask the manufacturer what the exact unit does when power is lost, and plan the supply accordingly.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Freight
Freight to Alaska is quoted per order for the exact receiving address; route, carrier and timing are confirmed on that quote, not in advance.
Before you accept a delivery quote, confirm in writing
the mainland trucking leg; any marine or non-road leg your destination needs; receiving at the destination (who receives the trailer, where, and the equipment needed to move it); and who is responsible for each leg, including insurance and any handling charges. We don't publish ports, carriers, transit times or freight prices; they are quoted per order.
Receiving
Tell us who receives the trailer, what equipment is available to move it, whether the site is secured, and whether the pad will later be reachable by a pump truck; delivery access and recurring service access are different questions.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow. Parts under the written warranty are shipped; keep the exact unit’s documentation and serial number at hand when you call.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Alaska.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Alaska titles and registers trailers through the Alaska DMV. Confirm the category and weight basis that apply to your unit and the taxes and fees identified on your quote; local sales taxes vary by municipality.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Anchorage and Fairbanks each run their own building office; the City and Borough of Juneau is a separate authority; a parcel in another borough, or in the unorganized borough, has its own answer. Native corporation, state and federal land apply their own rules.

FAQ

Can this exact unit operate during the intended Alaska season?
Only the manufacturer’s documentation for that exact unit can answer it. Every unit has A/C and some include cabin heat, but cabin heat does not establish protected plumbing or a minimum operating temperature. Tell us the lowest conditions you intend to operate in; we will identify what the documentation supports. If it does not cover winter, plan a seasonal placement and store the unit per its instructions.
How is freight to Alaska quoted?
Per order, for the exact receiving address. Route, carrier and timing are confirmed on that quote; we do not publish standard Alaska transit times or routes.
Who handles water, waste and repairs at a remote site?
You do, through local arrangements made before the order: a potable fill from a hauler, a hydrant permit or a suitable well; an authorized waste-service provider who will travel to the site; and a local repair resource for anything outside remote support. Warranty parts are shipped under the written warranty. All Pro does not operate a service network in Alaska.
What happens to the trailer during a power interruption in cold weather?
It depends on the exact unit. Heated components stop heating when power stops, and plumbing may be exposed. Ask the manufacturer what the unit does when power is lost and how long it can stand before it must be drained, then plan a reliable supply or a seasonal placement accordingly.
Should I plan a summer-only placement?
For most sites without documented cold-weather capability, yes. Summer and shoulder-season operation is the planning baseline; the unit is drained, cleaned and stored per the manufacturer’s instructions before the first hard freeze. A documented cold-weather unit changes that answer; ask about its limits before relying on it.
Can I rent a restroom trailer in Alaska instead of buying?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Alaska is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
