Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in New Hampshire

New Hampshire buyers tend to be solving one of three problems: a lake event season, a mountain venue with a steep or unpaved approach, or a project that stays occupied through winter. The first two are seasonal and end with draining and storage; the third needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, reliable power and a plowed service route. Deciding which you are before choosing a layout saves the most money. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a lake or mountain event, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval, such as the minutes after a race finish, alongside any existing restrooms; a restroom-only configuration often fits. Showers matter for overnight camps or crews housed on site. For an occupied winter project, confirm the unit's documented operating limits before choosing between layouts.

Lake event, mountain venue and winter project compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Seasonal lake event
Peak in a short interval after a race or during an evening concert; a 2-Stall or 4-Stall on level gravel near existing power; a dedicated 20-amp supply, or a quiet inverter generator where the town and property allow one; operates June through September; the pump truck shares the vendor lane; drained and stored for winter.
Mountain venue
Steady use across the day; the approach decides everything: grade, switchbacks, surface, overhead clearance and a level pad for body plus towbar; a hose from the lodge or the onboard tank; in winter only if the exact unit is documented for it and the road is plowed.
Occupied winter project
A crew on site through February; peak at shift start; needs documented cold-weather capability for that exact unit, continuous reliable power, a freezing-weather potable fill and a provider who will reach the site in snow; otherwise store after draining and operate from spring.

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. New Hampshire has short summers and long, cold winters, so heating is worth considering for anything beyond July and August. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
send the approach route, its grade and surface and any overhead limit; a mountain access road, a lake camp road or a steep private drive is confirmed on the quote. If the tow vehicle cannot reach the pad, an agreed receiving point is set and you move the unit the last stretch.
Delivery versus service access
delivery happens once; the pump truck and the water fill return for the life of the placement, so the recurring route has to work in the months you operate.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in New Hampshire.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request
the season of use, the route and pad, the utilities available, your service provider and the manufacturer winter limits the unit must meet.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
New Hampshire registers trailers through the Division of Motor Vehicles, with the town or city clerk handling part of the process; lighter trailers are exempt from a title and a restroom trailer is typically heavy enough that one applies. Confirm the title and registration requirements for the exact unit and its documented weight with the New Hampshire DMV. Fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. In New Hampshire the town or city is the usual authority; a lake association, a resort or a state park has its own rules on top of the town's.

FAQ

What is needed for seasonal shutdown versus winter use?
For shutdown: pump and clean, drain per the unit's instructions, follow its storage instructions, and decide where it sits and who checks on it. For winter use: documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, continuous reliable power, a freezing-weather fill and a plowed service route, as described under Climate. Heating alone does not make a unit a winter unit.
Can service vehicles reach the site?
Walk the route a pump truck would use, not just the route your pickup uses: grade, surface, turning room, overhead clearance and whether the road is maintained in the months you operate. Confirm it with your service provider before the trailer is placed; if the truck cannot reach the tanks, the placement does not work.
Who reviews the exact town or property placement?
The property operator first, then the town or city that controls the parcel, as described under Check placement requirements. A resort, a lake association or a state park adds its own rules, and a short event and a season-long placement can be reviewed differently.
Which layout fits a race or festival peak?
Count users in the busiest short interval alongside any existing restrooms, then compare under Choosing a layout. The 4-Stall clears a larger peak; the 2-Stall fits a tighter pad. If nobody will shower, ask about a restroom-only configuration.
Do you rent restroom trailers in New Hampshire?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. New Hampshire is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
