Setup matters. Final accessibility depends on how the trailer is leveled, where the ramp and landing sit, and the path of travel to them. Confirm placement with your local authority when required.
Accessible model questions
- Does buying this trailer settle accessibility at my site?
- No trailer can do that on its own. The unit's accessibility features are designed to ADA guidelines; whether the finished setup is accepted depends on leveling, the ramp landing and the route from parking or the entrance, as reviewed by your local authority.
- How much space does the ramp need?
- Plan for about 16 ft of ramp at a 1:12 slope plus a level landing at the bottom and a firm, clear route to it. Confirm the exact ramp length for your unit on the written spec sheet.
- Do the standard suites have showers and hot water?
- Yes. All three suites have showers, and the trailer has hot and cold water.

Power Requirements
Standard grounded three-prong plug on a dedicated 20-amp circuit; ~12,000 BTU A/C; hot and cold water
“Dedicated” means no other equipment on that circuit, not just the second socket on a shared outlet. Added heating, accessories or customization can change the requirement, so confirm the exact unit’s connection and simultaneous loads. Never change a breaker, bypass protection or use an improvised adapter.
No hookup? A quiet inverter generator providing at least 4,000 running watts and 5,000 starting watts is our recommended baseline for the 2-stall, 4-stall and 2-stall plus wheelchair-accessible configurations. Confirm the exact unit’s connection and simultaneous loads, especially with added heating or customization. Generator output has to reach the trailer through its compatible connection, so advertised wattage is not a substitute for the connection’s limits. Inverter generators generally run quieter than comparable conventional units, operate efficiently as load varies, deliver stable output and are often relatively compact.
Every unit has A/C; some units also include heating. Check the specifications for the unit you are considering, or ask about customization. A solar package is available as an option on all three models. Panel size, battery capacity, inverter output and the loads a package supports vary by unit, so confirm what the selected package powers before relying on it. Solar on its own does not run A/C or replace a generator for every load.
Warranty
Coverage starts on the date your trailer is delivered or picked up. For the first 3 months we help you get set up and running, including phone and video troubleshooting, setup guidance, and help finding parts. For 12 months, the warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in structural and electronic components: the frame, floor, walls, roof and doors; wiring, breaker panel, lighting and outlets; and the A/C unit, water pump and water heater (where equipped).

FAQ
Frequently asked
- Is the Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall marketed as compliant or certified?
- No. All Pro describes this model as wheelchair accessible, with features designed to ADA guidelines — not with a blanket compliance or certification claim, and not as a finished-setup guarantee. Inspector interpretation and on-site install still vary (leveling, ramp and landing placement, path of travel). Confirm placement with your local authority when required. Delivery is quoted by ZIP.
- What accessibility features does the Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall include?
- An accessible suite about 6.6 ft (2000 mm) along the trailer with a wide door, accessible-height toilet with grab bars, lever-faucet sink and shower; a wheelchair ramp provided with the unit (length varies by unit; about 16 ft is an approximation; built to a 1:12 ramp slope); grab-bar wall reinforcement; and showers in the standard suites. This configuration has hot and cold water. Overall length is being re-verified; it, the 5 ft towbar and the ramp length (which can vary by unit) are confirmed on your written spec sheet before purchase. A complete accessible setup also needs level placement and a usable route to the ramp.
- Do the new units include showers? Do they have hot water?
- The three listed models are shower configurations. The listed 2-Stall + Shower and 4-Stall + Shower heat water with an instant gas water heater that needs a propane or gas supply on site. All three listed configurations, including the Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall + Shower, have hot and cold water. Restroom-only units without showers are available alongside the listed shower configurations, and wheelchair-accessible units are available. Customization is available; ask for a restroom-only or custom quote if the configuration you need is not shown.
- What power does a restroom trailer need, and what generator should I buy?
- Standard grounded three-prong plug on a dedicated 20-amp circuit. “Dedicated” means nothing else on that circuit. Where there is no suitable outlet: A quiet inverter generator providing at least 4,000 running watts and 5,000 starting watts is our recommended baseline for the 2-stall, 4-stall and 2-stall plus wheelchair-accessible configurations. Confirm the exact unit’s connection and simultaneous loads, especially with added heating or customization, and run the generator outdoors with exhaust pointed away from people and the trailer.
- Is financing available?
- All Pro does not lend. Customers can explore financing independently through third-party equipment lenders such as Western Equipment Finance, AP Equipment Financing or Crest Capital; see our financing page. Approval, rates, fees, down payments and terms are set by the provider. We provide a written quote to share with them, and approved funding must be coordinated with us before the trailer is released.
