Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in New York

New York covers two different buying problems. In the city and its inner suburbs the problem is access: whether the trailer, its steps or ramp and the pump truck fit the placement, who permits the curb or loading area, and what hours the property allows for delivery and service. Upstate the problem is season: a lakeside or fairground venue that runs from spring to fall, or a yard or project that stays occupied through a long winter and needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall + Shower
One wheelchair-accessible suite with ramp plus two standard suites; hot and cold water; 5 ft towbar plus the deployed ramp; overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet)
Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For an urban New York placement, the operating footprint below often decides the layout before demand does; a 2-Stall fits a loading bay that a 4-Stall blocks. Upstate, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval alongside any existing facilities, and treat showers as a question for housed crews and overnight events rather than venues.

Urban facility placement, seasonal venue and year-round upstate site compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Urban facility placement
A hospital or office renovation in the city; peak at shift change; a 2-Stall in a loading bay or on a private service drive with a dedicated 20-amp outlet; building management sets receiving hours; the pump truck needs the same window and credentials on every visit; a curb placement needs a city permission you arrange.
Seasonal upstate venue
A lakeside wedding venue or a fairground; peak in the minutes after the ceremony or at closing; a 4-Stall on level gravel near the venue's power with a hose from its water; operates May through October; the pump truck shares the vendor lane; drained and stored before winter.
Year-round upstate site
A yard or long project occupied through winter; peak at shift start; needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, continuous reliable power, a freezing-weather fill and a plowed service route; otherwise store after draining and operate from spring.
Trailer body
10 × 7 ft for the 2-Stall, 19 × 7 ft for the 4-Stall, overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet) for the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Towbar
4 ft on the 2-Stall; 5 ft on the 4-Stall and on the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Steps, ramp and use
the entry steps at each door, the deployed ramp and a level landing at its foot on the accessible configuration, and queue space kept clear of the doors and the ramp
Delivery and service access
a straight approach and turning room for the tow vehicle on delivery day, and a lane the pump truck and water fill can reach for the life of the placement

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. New York runs from humid city summers to long, snowy upstate winters, so heating is worth considering for anything beyond the summer months. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Urban receiving
a street-side drop in New York City needs the property's loading area or a curb permission you arrange with the city before delivery; building management sets receiving hours; a Manhattan loading bay, a Long Island yard and a Westchester campus are different drops.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and the water fill return on their own schedule for the life of the placement and need the same permissions, credentials and window each time.
Upstate receiving
send the approach route, surface and any overhead limit; a fairground gate, a lake road and a plowed yard are confirmed on the quote.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in New York.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page. There is no New York rental fleet.

Send with your quote request
the exact address, receiving and service restrictions, peak demand, the season of use, and the power and water available.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
the New York DMV registers trailers and requires a title for a trailer that weighs 1,000 pounds or more and is model year 1973 or newer; a restroom trailer qualifies, so expect both. Confirm the title, registration and any inspection requirement for the exact unit with the New York DMV. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. In New York City the Department of Buildings, the Department of Transportation for street use and the property owner can each have a say; upstate the town, village or city is the usual starting point, and a county fairground or state park has its own operator.

FAQ

Will the trailer and service vehicles fit the urban placement?
Measure against the footprint rows above: body, towbar, steps or ramp and landing, queue space, and a lane the pump truck can reach. Then confirm the receiving hours and the service window with building management and, for a curb, the city. A 2-Stall in a loading bay is often the answer where a 4-Stall would block it.
What winter features are documented?
Every unit has A/C and some include heating, which warms the cabin. Occupied winter use needs documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for the exact unit, as described under Climate; ask for its operating limits, how its plumbing is handled in cold weather and its storage instructions before buying. A heater alone is not winter documentation.
How does a seasonal venue differ from year-round ownership?
A seasonal venue sizes to the rush, runs from spring to fall and ends with draining, cleaning and storage. Year-round ownership adds documented winter capability, continuous reliable power, a freezing-weather fill and a plowed service route. They are different purchases, so decide which you are first.
How are service windows handled in the city?
You arrange them with your waste-service provider and the property; the truck needs the same loading area, credentials and hours as the delivery, on every visit. Set the interval from expected use and monitored tank levels, as described under Servicing.
Do you rent restroom trailers in New York?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. New York is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
