Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Colorado

The first Colorado decision is seasonal ownership versus occupied winter operation, and winter operation needs documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for the exact unit. The second is access: a mountain venue has to be measured for approach, grade, turning room and the deployed pad before purchase, because the pump truck must make the same trip repeatedly. A Front Range facility closure is a different problem, mostly about peak users, a dedicated outlet and commissioning on time. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to your receiving address anywhere in Colorado. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Colorado, a Front Range closure is sized to the peak during the closure alongside remaining facilities; a mountain venue is sized to its busiest interval and then checked against measured approach, grade and turning room, where a shorter body may be the practical choice. Showers belong where people stay overnight or work extended shifts.

Front Range closure versus mountain venue

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Front Range facility closure
Known peak users for a fixed period; facilities confirms a dedicated outlet within reach, municipal water is near, and a restroom-only configuration may be enough. Commission before the building restrooms go offline.
Mountain venue, warm season
Weekend peaks at elevation; measure the approach road, grade, turning room and the deployed pad (body, towbar, steps or ramp) before purchase, confirm the pump truck can make the same trip, follow the generator manufacturer’s elevation guidance, and plan drained storage for the off-season.
Mountain site, occupied in winter
Only with documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit; ask about operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, power-interruption behavior and storage, and confirm the service road stays open to the pump truck all winter.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Front Range summers call for cooling; year-round use anywhere in the state raises the winter question. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Winter operation and drained seasonal storage are different plans; choose one before purchase.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules. At elevation, follow the selected generator manufacturer's guidance for output and adjustment; we do not publish a universal derating factor.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
Mountain-pass routing and seasonal road conditions are confirmed on the quote; there is no fixed multiday expectation either way. Send road, grade, turning room and pad measurements, any gate, overhead or staging limits, and the contact who meets the driver. A secured site needs separate standing access for recurring service vehicles.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Colorado.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Colorado trailers are titled and registered through the county motor vehicle office under Colorado DMV procedure; confirm the trailer’s category, documents and fees with your county office before purchase. Applicable taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.
Mountain and resort sites
The parcel may be controlled by a county, a special district, a resort operator or a federal land manager; confirm which one before planning the pad.

FAQ

Can the unit and pump truck reach a mountain venue?
Measure before you buy: approach road width, grade, overhead clearance, turning room and the deployed pad for body, towbar, steps or ramp. Then confirm with a local waste provider that their truck can make the same trip at the interval your use requires, in the season you will operate.
What makes a configuration suitable for winter use?
Documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit: operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin and is not a winter rating. Without that documentation, plan seasonal use and drained storage.
How should a generator be selected at the site’s elevation?
Start from the baseline under Power for the configuration, add the exact unit’s climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, then follow the selected generator manufacturer’s guidance for output and adjustment at that elevation. We do not publish a universal derating factor.
Is a Front Range closure simpler than a mountain venue?
Different rather than simpler. A closure is about peak users, a dedicated outlet confirmed by facilities, nearby potable water and commissioning before the building restrooms close. A mountain venue is about access, season and whether service trucks will come. See the planning examples above.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Colorado?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Colorado is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
