Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Utah

Utah is two climates and a mountain range. Northern sites may need year-round operation, which means seasonal ownership versus occupied winter operation with documented capability for the exact unit; the St. George area needs cooling first with independent water and power through a long hot season; mountain and remote venues need measured access, generator guidance for the elevation and a service plan someone will keep. Size to the busiest interval, decide on showers honestly, and plan the full deployment footprint. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to your receiving address anywhere in Utah. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Utah, a northern facility closure is sized to the peak during the closure alongside remaining facilities; a southern seasonal venue is sized to its busiest interval with cooling in mind; a mountain venue is sized and then checked against measured approach, grade, turning room and the deployed pad, where a shorter body may be the practical choice.

Northern, southern and mountain planning

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Northern year-round worksite
Shift-change peaks on a site that keeps running through winter; a dedicated outlet confirmed by facilities, documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, and a service lane the pump truck can use in every season.
St. George-area seasonal venue
Spring and fall event peaks in dry heat; cooling first, a fill and pump-out schedule that fits event days, an accessible route to the ramp, and independent water and power if the property has no hookups.
Mountain or remote venue
Warm-season use at elevation; measure the approach road, grade, turning room and deployed pad before purchase, follow the generator manufacturer’s elevation guidance, confirm the service truck can make the same trip, and plan drained storage for the off-season.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Check the specifications of the unit you select.
Northern valleys
Cooling in summer and the winter question for year-round use
St. George area
Cooling first through a long hot season; heating is a comfort choice
Mountain sites
Cold nights in every season; seasonal use unless the exact unit is documented for winter

A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Heat and water-system protection are separate questions: cooling is about the cabin; plumbing in cold weather and storage follow the exact unit’s instructions.

Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules. At elevation, follow the selected generator manufacturer's guidance for output and adjustment; we do not publish a universal derating factor.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
Mountain-pass routing and seasonal road conditions are confirmed on the quote; there is no fixed multiday expectation either way. Send road, grade, turning room and pad measurements, any gate, overhead or staging limits, and the contact who meets the driver. A secured site needs separate standing access for recurring service vehicles.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Utah.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Utah trailers are titled and registered through the Utah DMV; confirm the trailer’s category, documents and fees with DMV before purchase. Applicable taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.
Approval path
Ask the property operator first, then the city if the parcel is inside city limits or the county if it is not; a resort, campus or public-land site may add its own operator or land-manager approval. Verify which applies before planning the pad.

FAQ

What equipment differs between northern and southern use?
Every unit has A/C. In the St. George area, cooling and independent water and power through a long hot season matter most. In the north, year-round use adds heating as a comfort choice and the winter question for the exact unit: documented operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage.
How should a mountain site choose a generator?
Start from the baseline under Power for the configuration, add the exact unit’s climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, then follow the selected generator manufacturer’s guidance for output and adjustment at that elevation. We do not publish a universal derating factor.
Can a remote placement support regular servicing?
Only with a potable source and an authorized waste provider who commit to the interval your use requires; confirm both before purchase, including whether their trucks can make the trip and turn around at the pad. Showers shorten the interval. Monitored tank levels set the next visit.
What is the complete deployment footprint?
Body length plus towbar, plus steps or the deployed ramp on the accessible configuration, plus a level pad, the user route and a service lane for the pump truck. Figures are listed per configuration under Choosing a layout; confirm the exact unit and measure the site before purchase.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Utah?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Utah is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
