Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Kentucky

Kentucky buyers tend to describe one of three situations: a horse farm or equestrian venue that hosts guests on event days and must keep trucks away from horses, a factory or logistics floor where a break empties into the restrooms, or a facility closure with a fixed date. Each points to a different unit and a different plan for where the pump truck goes. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a farm or venue, peak guests in the busiest 15 minutes set the stall count and an accessible configuration may be expected; showers are rarely used. For a factory, count users at the busiest break alongside the plant's own restrooms. For a closure, the duration and whether hot water is required decide between restroom-only and shower-equipped.

Equestrian guests, factory breaks and a facility closure compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Horse farm or equestrian venue
Guests on event days spring through fall; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration with a usable route to the ramp; a dedicated 20-amp circuit from a barn or a generator placed under the farm's rules; a pad on the guest side with a service lane that never crosses horse or guest movement; storage over the winter.
Factory or logistics break
A plant adding capacity during an expansion with breaks at fixed times for months; a 4-Stall if the break empties into the trailer, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a dedicated circuit from the building; heating for winter shifts; pumping in a window that avoids dock traffic.
Facility closure
A campus, hospital or office building with restrooms offline for a time-limited project; a 2-Stall sized to the busiest interval; power and potable water from the building; commissioning before the closure begins; cleaning and pumping outside occupied hours.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Kentucky has hot humid summers and a real winter with freezing nights, ice and some snow across the state. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. For a seasonal venue, A/C and heating for shoulder-season evenings are the usual questions; for year-round operation, winter is the harder season and heating is worth considering. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a farm, agree the service lane and the time of day with whoever manages the horses before the first pump-out.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A farm gate, a plant gate and a campus loading area are different drops; send the receiving contact, gate width and turning space, and any overhead limits. Delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and water fill return on a schedule and need a route separated from horse and guest movement, or a standing gate pass on a plant.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Kentucky.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Kentucky processes vehicle titles and registrations through the county clerk's office under the Transportation Cabinet. Whether a restroom trailer of this category and weight must be titled, which plate it needs and the tax due depend on its classification; confirm with the county clerk where the unit will be kept. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Louisville Metro covers most of Jefferson County while several small cities inside it remain separate; Lexington is a merged urban-county government; Bowling Green, Owensboro and the Northern Kentucky cities each have their own offices, and the surrounding counties are separate.

FAQ

How should a farm plan trailer and service access?
Put the trailer on the guest side of the property on a level pad, with a lane the pump truck can use without crossing paddocks, barn aisles or the guest route. Agree the service time of day with whoever manages the horses, keep a generator where the farm's rules allow and away from the animals, and measure gate width and turning space for the tow vehicle.
When are showers useful?
When people are housed on site, work extended shifts, or a contract or event requirement calls for them. Guests at an equestrian event and workers on a day shift mostly need stalls; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration.
What changes between seasonal events and year-round operation?
A seasonal venue runs spring through fall and stores the unit over winter; ask how the exact unit's plumbing should be handled in storage. Year-round operation means winter use: consider cabin heating, and ask what the manufacturer documents for the exact unit in freezing weather. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit.
Can the trailer run without a water or electrical hookup?
Yes: a generator sized from the baseline under Power, the onboard tank filled from a potable source, and refills and pump-outs scheduled from monitored levels. A barn outlet counts only if it is a dedicated 20-amp circuit.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Kentucky?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Kentucky is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
