Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Maine

In Maine the first question is whether the trailer serves a summer season and is then stored, or stays occupied through winter. A coastal wedding venue, a fair or a camp runs from spring to fall and then drains and stores. A mill project or workforce site still occupied in January needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, not just a cabin heater. Each path changes the configuration, the servicing plan and where the trailer sits in February. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a seasonal Maine venue, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval alongside any existing facilities; many venues are served by a restroom-only configuration. For an occupied winter project, settle whether the exact unit is documented for the conditions before choosing a layout; a larger unit that cannot run in January solves nothing.

A summer venue and an occupied winter project compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Coastal summer venue
Peak in the break between ceremony and reception; a 2-Stall or 4-Stall sized to that interval on a gravel pad with a dedicated 20-amp supply and a hose from a tested well; operates May through October; the pump truck shares the caterer's lane; drained, cleaned and stored before winter.
Occupied winter project inland
A crew on site through January; peak at shift start; needs documented cold-weather capability for that exact unit, power that holds overnight, a potable fill that works in freezing weather and a plowed route for the pump truck; without each of those, store the unit and operate from spring.
Remote camp or island address
Demand is low but service is the constraint; confirm who will fill and pump before buying, and confirm the receiving route separately, because the delivery route and the recurring service route may differ.

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Maine summers are mild and both shoulder seasons are cold, so heating is worth considering for spring and fall use. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. Away from major centers, the service provider's reach decides where the trailer can sit.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
send a route the tow vehicle can actually use; a narrow coastal road, a camp road, a low bridge or a soft shoulder in mud season is confirmed on the quote, not assumed. Island and ferry-dependent addresses are confirmed separately, if delivery can be offered at all.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and the water fill return for as long as the unit operates, so confirm the recurring route with your service provider too.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Maine.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request
the season of use, the exact receiving route, the operating limits the unit must meet, your local service provider and your power source.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Maine registers trailers through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, which titles heavier trailers and exempts lighter ones by weight; a restroom trailer is typically heavy enough that a title applies. Confirm the title and registration requirements for the exact unit and its documented weight with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. A seasonal venue and a year-round project can be reviewed differently by the same town, so say how long the trailer will stay.

FAQ

Can this unit be used in winter, or only stored after draining?
Only with documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for the exact unit, as described under Climate. A cabin heater keeps users warm; it does not confirm that tanks, pump and lines are protected. Without that documentation, drain, clean and store the unit per its instructions and operate it from spring to fall.
How is a difficult coastal address quoted?
By the receiving route, not the town name. Send the turn-by-turn approach, the road surface, any low bridge or overhead limit, and whether the unit would cross a ferry. If the tow vehicle cannot reach the pad, an agreed receiving point is set on the quote and you move the unit the last stretch.
Who handles regular servicing away from major centers?
You do, through a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider. Before buying, confirm a provider will travel to your site in the months you operate, including mud season and winter, and what the trip costs. Where no provider will come, the trailer should not sit there.
Which layout fits a seasonal venue?
Count users in the busiest short interval alongside any existing restrooms, then compare under Choosing a layout. If showers will not be used, a restroom-only configuration is the smaller footprint and the longer service interval.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Maine?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Maine is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
