Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Virginia

Virginia buyers usually describe one of three situations: a Hampton Roads port or shipyard where every vehicle needs a credential, a Richmond-area building closure with a fixed date, or a Shenandoah Valley or mountain venue with a long approach and a real winter. The questions are who lets the pump truck in, which office governs the parcel, and what the selected unit has for winter. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a shift site, count users in the busiest 15 minutes of shift change alongside any restrooms still open. For a closure, the duration and whether hot water is required decide between restroom-only and shower-equipped. For a valley venue, the full deployed footprint and the service route decide as much as the layout.

Port access, urban closure and valley venue compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Hampton Roads port or shipyard
A Norfolk- or Newport News-area terminal with rotating shifts for a long project; a 4-Stall if shift change empties into the trailer, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a dedicated 20-amp circuit; A/C first, heating for winter night shifts; separate credentials for the delivery and for the recurring pump truck, arranged with security before the unit arrives.
Richmond-area urban closure
A hospital, campus or office building with restrooms offline for a renovation; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration with a usable route from the entrance; power and potable water from the building; commissioning before the closure; pumping outside occupied hours in a lane that does not block the street.
Shenandoah Valley or mountain venue
A wedding or outdoor venue on a sloped property near Roanoke or in the Valley; a 2-Stall with a generator in an approved spot; heating for cool evenings; a level pad the pump truck can reach; winter storage planned before the first season.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Tidewater has humid summers and a tropical-storm season. The Piedmont has hot summers and winter cold snaps with occasional ice. The Valley and the mountains have a real winter with snow and freezing nights for long stretches. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a port or shipyard, the service provider's credential and window are arranged with security separately from the delivery.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Credentials
Delivery is one appointment with the tow vehicle and needs the receiving contact and gate instructions; the pump truck and water fill return on a schedule and need their own standing credential on a controlled site. A terminal gate, a downtown loading lane and a valley driveway are different drops; send any overhead, grade or turning limits.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Virginia.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
A trailer operated on Virginia roads is titled and registered through the Virginia DMV; the classification, plate and sales and use tax depend on the trailer's category and weight basis, so confirm them with the DMV before registration. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Virginia's cities are independent of the surrounding counties: Richmond, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News and Roanoke each govern their own parcels, while Henrico, Chesterfield and Roanoke County are separate jurisdictions, and a port or shipyard operator adds its own rules on top.

FAQ

Do delivery and pumping require different credentials?
On a controlled site, usually yes. Delivery is a single appointment for the tow vehicle; the waste-service provider and the water fill return on a schedule for as long as the trailer is in use and need a standing credential of their own. Ask security for both before the trailer arrives, and choose a pad the truck can reach without entering a controlled area.
Which authority handles an independent-city or county address?
Virginia's cities are independent of the surrounding counties, so a Richmond, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Newport News or Roanoke address falls under that city, while an address in Henrico, Chesterfield or Roanoke County falls under the county. A postal city is not always the parcel authority; confirm with the property operator and the office that governs the parcel.
What changes for inland winter use?
The Valley and the mountains have freezing nights for long stretches and snow. Consider cabin heating for year-round use, and ask how the exact unit's plumbing and water system should be handled in freezing weather and in storage. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit.
Does cabin heating protect the water system?
No. Heating warms the cabin. Hot water comes from the gas water heater on the shower configurations; the Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall also has hot and cold water. Plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Virginia?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Virginia is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
