Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania buyers range from a Philadelphia or Pittsburgh facility closure on a tight service drive, to a rural venue with a long gravel approach, to a yard in the north or west that stays occupied through winter. The decisions that matter are whether delivery and pumping can use the same approach, whether the pad is level, how the operating season affects service, and whether the exact unit is documented for cold weather rather than just fitted with a cabin heater. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a Pennsylvania facility, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval, usually the shift change, alongside any restrooms that stay open. For a rural venue, the rush after the ceremony or at closing sets the stall count. Showers are a question for housed crews and overnight events. On an urban service drive, the footprint decides between layouts before demand does.

Urban closure, rural venue and northern winter site compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Urban facility closure
A hospital or office renovation in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh; peak at shift change; a 2-Stall on a service drive with a dedicated 20-amp outlet; the facilities office sets receiving hours; the pump truck uses the same drive for the whole closure; a curb placement needs a city permission you arrange.
Rural venue
A farm wedding venue or a fairground; peak in the minutes after the ceremony; a 4-Stall on a level, well-drained pad near the venue's power with a hose from a tested well; operates May through October; the pump truck uses the same gravel approach as the delivery, so it has to stay firm after rain; drained and stored at season's end.
Northern or western winter site
A yard or long project occupied through winter; peak at shift start; needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, continuous reliable power, a freezing-weather fill and a plowed route; otherwise store after draining and operate from spring.
Measured approach
grade, surface, width, turning room and overhead clearance for the tow vehicle with the trailer behind it, and the same for the pump truck
Level placement
a level pad sized for body plus towbar plus steps or ramp and landing; the unit is leveled on setup and the tanks, doors and ramp depend on it

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Pennsylvania runs from humid southeastern summers to long, snowy winters in the north and west, so heating is worth considering for spring, fall and early shifts statewide. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. Plan the interval around the months the pump truck can use the approach.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
send the approach route, its surface, grade and any overhead limit; a city service drive, a rural gravel lane and a plowed yard are confirmed on the quote. A curb drop in a city needs a permission you arrange with the city in advance.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and the water fill return for the life of the placement and need the same approach, which has to hold up in the months you operate.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Pennsylvania.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
PennDOT titles and registers trailers for Pennsylvania roads. Confirm the title, plate and any requirements for the exact unit and its documented weight with PennDOT Driver and Vehicle Services. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Pennsylvania has cities, boroughs and townships, each with its own zoning and code process; a township address outside a city follows the township's process, and a long-term placement can be reviewed differently from a short event. Confirm which municipality the parcel is in and how long the trailer will stay before asking what applies.

FAQ

Can delivery and pumping use the same approach?
They should, and that is the test for the approach: grade, surface, width, turning room and overhead clearance for a tow vehicle with the trailer behind it, and for a pump truck in the wettest month you operate. If the delivery can get in once but the truck cannot get back in after rain, choose a different pad.
What winter capabilities are documented?
Every unit has A/C and some include heating, which warms the cabin. Occupied winter use needs documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for the exact unit, as described under Climate; ask for its operating limits, how its plumbing is handled in cold weather and its storage instructions. Heating and cold-weather plumbing are separate questions.
Which authority reviews this parcel and duration of use?
The property operator first, then the city, borough or township that controls the parcel, as described under Check placement requirements. Say how long the trailer will stay; a weekend event and a season-long closure are reviewed differently in many municipalities.
Which layout fits a rural venue's rush?
Count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval alongside any existing facilities and compare under Choosing a layout. A large reception points to the 4-Stall; a smaller one or a tight pad to the 2-Stall. If showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Pennsylvania?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Pennsylvania is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
