Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in West Virginia

In West Virginia the first question is whether the site can take the trailer at all: the approach width, the grade, the turning room, a level pad for the full footprint, and a route the pump truck can repeat every service. After that come the usual choices between a campus or industrial closure and a remote venue, restroom-only or shower-equipped, and what the selected unit documents for winter. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a closure, the busiest interval and whether hot water is required decide between restroom-only and shower-equipped. For a remote venue, the full deployed footprint on a level pad and the distance the pump truck drives matter as much as the layout; the shorter 2-Stall body is easier to place on a tight site than the 4-Stall.

Site review first, then three West Virginia placements

Measured site review before ordering:

  1. Approach width, overhead clearance and the tightest turn for the tow vehicle and for the pump truck.
  2. Grade on the approach and at the pad; the trailer must sit level.
  3. Pad size for the body, towbar, steps or deployed ramp, and a lane for servicing.
  4. Utilities at the pad, or the generator spot and the potable source.
  5. A local waste-service provider who will drive the route, confirmed before purchase.

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Campus or hospital closure
A Morgantown- or Charleston-area building with restrooms offline for a time-limited project; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration with a usable route from the entrance; power and potable water from the building; commissioning before the closure; pumping outside occupied hours.
Industrial closure
A plant or yard in the Kanawha or Ohio valley adding capacity for months; a 4-Stall if the break empties into the trailer, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a dedicated 20-amp circuit; heating for winter shifts; a standing gate pass for the provider.
Remote mountain venue
A seasonal property on a narrow road; a 2-Stall on a prepared level pad; a generator in an approved spot; the onboard tank filled from a potable source with a local provider confirmed for the route; heating for cool evenings; winter storage planned before the first season.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
West Virginia has a real winter with snow, ice and freezing nights for long stretches, longer at elevation, and warm humid summers in the valleys. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. For a seasonal venue, the winter question is storage; for year-round operation, winter is the harder season and heating is worth considering. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a remote site, the provider's willingness to drive the route decides whether the placement works; confirm it before purchase.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A campus loading area, a plant gate and a mountain driveway are different drops; send the receiving contact, approach and pad photos and measurements, and any overhead, grade or turning limits. Delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and water fill return on a schedule and must use the same approach every visit.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in West Virginia.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles titles and registers trailers operated on West Virginia roads; the classification, plate and tax due depend on the trailer's category and weight basis, so confirm them with the DMV before registration. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Charleston, Huntington, Morgantown, Parkersburg and Wheeling each issue permits inside their own limits; an address in Kanawha, Cabell, Monongalia, Wood or Ohio County outside the city is the county's, and a campus or plant operator adds its own rules on top.

FAQ

Can both delivery and service vehicles reach the pad?
Only a measured review answers that. Check approach width, grade, overhead clearance and the tightest turn for the tow vehicle, then for the pump truck, which returns on every service. Plan a level pad with room for the body, towbar and steps or ramp, and a lane for servicing. Send photos and measurements with the quote request, and confirm that a local waste-service provider will drive the route.
What does a remote site need for potable refills?
A potable source within reach of a hose or a hauled fill, a provider willing to drive the route on a schedule, and monitored tank levels so refills are planned rather than discovered. The onboard tank carries the trailer between fills; stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs, and shower use shortens the interval.
What winter capability is documented for the selected unit?
It depends on the exact unit. Every unit has A/C; some include cabin heating, which warms the cabin and not the water system. Ask what the manufacturer documents for that unit in freezing weather and in storage before purchase. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit.
Which office governs placement at my address?
The authority for the parcel, which may be the county rather than the postal city, plus the campus or plant operator's own rules. Confirm trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing with both before delivery.
Do you rent restroom trailers in West Virginia?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. West Virginia is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
