Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in New Jersey

New Jersey buyers are usually working inside someone else's access rules: a secured port or logistics facility where the pump truck needs credentials as much as the delivery does, a dense urban closure with a tight pad and a limited receiving window, or a shore venue that runs hard on summer weekends and then has to choose between storage and year-round operation. The configuration follows those constraints. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a New Jersey facility, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval, usually the shift change, alongside any restrooms that stay open; showers are a question for extended shifts and housed crews. For a shore venue, the rush after the ceremony sets the stall count. On a tight urban pad, the footprint below decides between layouts before demand does.

Secured port facility, urban closure and shore venue compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Secured port or logistics facility
A terminal or warehouse with gate control; peak at shift change; a 4-Stall near a dedicated 20-amp outlet, placed where container and truck moves will not box it in; delivery needs gate credentials and a window; the pump truck needs its own standing credentials and a service window clear of operations; year-round only with documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit.
Dense urban closure
Restrooms offline during a renovation; peak at shift change; a 2-Stall on a narrow service alley or in a loading bay; receiving limited to the property's hours, and a curb placement needs a municipal permission you arrange; the pump truck needs the same lane for the whole closure.
Shore venue
Peak in the minutes after the ceremony or at a summer weekend's busiest hour; a 4-Stall on a level pad near the venue's power with a hose from its water; operates May through October; the pump truck shares the vendor lane; drained and stored at season's end, or operated year-round only with the documented capability above.
Trailer body
10 × 7 ft for the 2-Stall, 19 × 7 ft for the 4-Stall, overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet) for the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Towbar
4 ft on the 2-Stall; 5 ft on the 4-Stall and on the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Steps, ramp and use
the entry steps at each door, the deployed ramp and a level landing at its foot on the accessible configuration, and queue space kept clear of the doors and the ramp
Delivery and service access
a straight approach and turning room for the tow vehicle on delivery day, and a lane the pump truck and water fill can reach for the life of the placement

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. New Jersey summers are humid and winters are cold, with the shore windier and the northwest colder, so heating is worth considering for spring, fall and early shifts. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a secured site, the service interval has to fit the windows the property grants.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving windows and credentials
a secured facility sets the gate, the window and the escort rules for delivery; send those with the request. A curb drop in a city needs a municipal permission you arrange in advance. A shore venue's lane and overhead limits are confirmed on the quote.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and the water fill return for the life of the placement and need their own standing credentials and window, agreed with the property before the trailer arrives.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in New Jersey.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission registers trailers and requires a title for a trailer with an unladen weight over 2,500 pounds; a restroom trailer typically exceeds that, so expect both. Confirm the title and registration requirements for the exact unit, its documented weight and its category with the MVC. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. In New Jersey the municipality is the usual authority, through its construction and zoning offices; a port terminal, a boardwalk or a large private venue adds its own property rules on top of the municipal ones.

FAQ

Can recurring service meet the property's access rules?
Only if you arrange it in advance. The pump truck and the fill return on a schedule for the life of the placement and need standing credentials, a service window and a lane that stays open; a secured facility may require its own vendor approval for the waste-service provider. Confirm those with the property and your provider before buying, as described under Delivery.
Which layout fits a tight urban pad?
Measure against the footprint rows above, including steps or ramp and landing, queue space and the pump truck's lane. The 2-Stall's 10 × 7 ft body plus 4 ft towbar fits a loading bay that the 4-Stall's 19 ft body blocks. If showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration.
What changes for a year-round shore or facility placement?
Occupied winter use needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, continuous reliable power and winter service, as described under Climate; heating warms the cabin, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit. A seasonal shore venue instead drains, cleans and stores the unit at season's end.
How should receiving windows affect the plan?
Send the property's windows with the quote request so delivery is confirmed inside them. Then match the service interval to the windows the property will grant the pump truck; a facility that opens its gate once a week sets the interval for you.
Do you rent restroom trailers in New Jersey?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. New Jersey is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
