Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Mississippi

Mississippi buyers describe three different problems: a coastal hotel, casino-district venue or port operation that must keep running through service interruptions, a campus or facility closure with a fixed date, or a rural inland property with no hookups at all. Each points to a different unit, a different power plan and a different service arrangement. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a shift site, count users in the busiest 15 minutes of shift change alongside any restrooms still open. For an occasional event, the surge sets the stall count and showers go unused. For a rural placement, the full deployed footprint and how far the pump truck must drive matter as much as the layout.

Coastal operations, campus closure and rural inland placement compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Coastal hospitality or port operation
A Gulfport- or Biloxi-area property with guest restrooms offline, or a port-side yard with rotating shifts; a 2-Stall for guests or a 4-Stall for shift change; a dedicated 20-amp circuit with a generator held as the fallback for interruptions; A/C first; the trailer written into the severe-weather plan with a shutdown and relocation decision made in advance.
Campus closure
A Jackson-, Hattiesburg- or Oxford-area building with restrooms offline for a time-limited project; a 2-Stall sized to the busiest interval; power and potable water from the building; commissioning before the closure; cleaning and pumping outside occupied hours.
Rural inland placement
A farm, hunting property or county venue with no hookups; a 2-Stall or restroom-only unit; a generator sized from the baseline under Power; the onboard tank filled from a potable source, with a local provider confirmed for refills and pump-outs before purchase; heating for winter mornings if the unit stays in use.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
The coast is humid for most of the year with a tropical-storm season, and tropical systems can bring heavy rain and wind well inland. Inland Mississippi has hot humid summers and winter cold snaps with occasional ice. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. For year-round use inland, consider heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a rural site, confirm that a local provider will drive the route before you commit to the placement.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A hotel service entrance, a port gate, a campus loading area and a rural driveway are different drops; send the receiving contact, gate instructions and any overhead or turning limits. Delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and water fill return on a schedule and need their own access.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Mississippi.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Mississippi registers trailers through the county tax collector, and whether a title is also required depends on the trailer's category and weight basis; confirm the classification, the plate and the tax due with the Mississippi Department of Revenue and the county tax collector before registration. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Jackson, Gulfport, Biloxi, Hattiesburg and Tupelo each issue permits inside their own limits; unincorporated land belongs to the county, and a casino district or port property may have its own operator rules on top.

FAQ

How does a coastal placement plan for service interruptions?
Keep a generator sized from the baseline under Power as the fallback for a utility outage, and keep the onboard tank filled from a potable source so a water interruption does not stop the trailer. Write the trailer into the site's severe-weather plan: who disconnects it, who secures or relocates it, and when. Do not assume it stays in use through a storm.
Can a rural site operate without hookups?
Yes: a generator for power, the onboard tank filled from a potable source, and refills and pump-outs scheduled from monitored levels. The limiting factor is usually the service provider; confirm that one will drive to the property before purchase, and send approach photos with the quote request.
What configuration suits shift peaks versus occasional events?
A shift site has a predictable peak alongside the building's own restrooms: count the overflow at shift change and choose a 4-Stall when it empties into the trailer, restroom-only if nobody will shower. An occasional event is a surge of a few minutes, so a 2-Stall or restroom-only unit on a generator, filled before and pumped after, is the usual fit.
What changes for winter inland?
Freezing nights and occasional ice. Consider cabin heating for year-round use, and ask how the exact unit's plumbing should be handled in freezing weather and in storage. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Mississippi?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Mississippi is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
