Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Arkansas

Arkansas buyers describe three situations: a campus or facility closure with a fixed date in Little Rock, Conway or Fayetteville, a rural venue in the Ozarks or the Delta with no hookups and a long service route, or a multi-shift plant or distribution site where a break empties into the restrooms. Each points to a different unit, a different footprint and a different plan for summer cooling and winter storage. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a closure, the busiest interval and whether hot water is required decide between restroom-only and shower-equipped. For a rural venue, the full deployed footprint, a stable level pad and the distance the pump truck drives matter as much as the layout. For a shift site, count overflow at shift change alongside the building's own restrooms.

Campus closure, rural venue and multi-shift industrial placement compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Campus or facility closure
A Little Rock- or Fayetteville-area building with restrooms offline for a time-limited project; a 2-Stall sized to the busiest interval; power and potable water from the building; commissioning before the closure; cleaning and pumping outside occupied hours.
Ozark rural venue
A sloped property used spring through fall; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration with a usable route to the ramp; a level, stable pad with room for the body, towbar and steps; a generator in an approved spot; the onboard tank filled from a potable source and a local provider confirmed for the route; winter storage planned before the first season.
Delta or Northwest Arkansas multi-shift site
A plant or distribution center adding capacity for months; a 4-Stall if the break empties into the trailer, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a dedicated 20-amp circuit; A/C for summer, heating for winter shifts; pumping in a window that avoids dock traffic.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Arkansas has hot humid summers statewide and a real winter with freezing nights and ice storms, longer in the Ozarks. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. For a seasonal venue, A/C comes first and the winter question is storage; for year-round operation, consider heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a rural site, confirm that a local provider will drive the route before you commit to the placement.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A campus loading area, a rural driveway and a plant gate are different drops; send the receiving contact, approach and pad photos, and any overhead, grade or turning limits. Delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and water fill return on a schedule and need the same approach.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Arkansas.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration handles trailer titles and registration through its revenue offices, and the plate, classification and tax due depend on the trailer's category and weight basis; confirm with the department before registration. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Little Rock, Conway, Fayetteville and Jonesboro each issue permits inside their own limits; unincorporated land belongs to the county, and a campus or plant operator adds its own rules on top.

FAQ

Can the delivery and service vehicles use my approach?
Measure before ordering: approach width, grade, overhead clearance, turning room and a level, stable pad with room for the body, towbar and steps or ramp. The pump truck uses the same approach on every visit, so a route that works once for delivery has to work again every service. Send photos and measurements with the quote request, and confirm that a local waste-service provider will drive the route.
How should I plan a rural site without utilities?
Power from a generator sized from the baseline under Power, placed where the property allows; water from the onboard tank filled from a potable source; refills and pump-outs scheduled from monitored levels with a provider who will drive the route. Confirm the provider before purchase, not after.
What must be checked before winter storage?
How the exact unit's plumbing and water system should be handled when stored in freezing weather, as the manufacturer documents for that unit; that the tanks have been pumped and cleaned; and that the unit is parked level on a stable surface with power disconnected. Ask about these for the unit you select before the first season ends.
Does the trailer need a special pad, and what handles the summer?
A level, stable surface with room for the full deployed footprint: body, towbar, steps or deployed ramp, and a lane for the pump truck; on a sloped Ozark site, prepare it before delivery. Every unit has A/C; keep it on the dedicated 20-amp circuit or a generator sized for the climate equipment and simultaneous loads as described under Power.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Arkansas?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Arkansas is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
