Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Minnesota

The Minnesota purchase turns on one question before any other: is the exact unit documented by its manufacturer as suitable for occupied use in the conditions you intend, or will it be drained and stored before freezing weather? Cabin heating, plumbing in cold weather, unattended periods and storage are four separate questions, and a seasonal buyer and a winter buyer need different answers. All Pro sells restroom-only, shower-equipped and wheelchair-accessible configurations from Bonita Springs, with delivery quoted to your receiving address anywhere in Minnesota. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Minnesota a summer lake-country event sizes to gate peaks alongside existing facilities and stores the unit each fall; a plant break concentrates a shift into minutes; a winter facility closure spreads use through the day but adds the cold-weather documentation question. Equal daily attendance can need different layouts when use is concentrated, and the operating season can rule out a configuration before layout is considered.

Minnesota planning scenarios

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Twin Cities facility closure in winter
A building loses its restrooms during a renovation that runs through January. Before layout, the buyer asks for the manufacturer's documented operating limits for the exact unit, what happens to the plumbing during a power interruption and whether the unit may sit unattended overnight. A dedicated circuit from the building and a pump truck able to reach the pad in snow are conditions of purchase, not afterthoughts.
Northern or remote worksite
A seasonal project far from any service yard runs on a generator and the onboard tank. A potable refill source and a waste-service provider willing to travel are confirmed before purchase, and the unit is drained and stored before freezing weather unless documented capability and a reliable supply are confirmed.
Summer lakes-area event
A fairground or resort owns a unit for the summer season. Gate peaks set the layout, a restroom-only configuration suits day use, and the unit is drained and stored each fall per its instructions.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. In Minnesota, also ask what the manufacturer specifies for unattended hours in cold weather, including whether the unit must be drained between uses, and treat a reliable supply as a condition of any winter placement.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
Send a receiving contact, gate credentials, overhead and turning limits and a staging spot. A northern or remote address is confirmed on the quote without transit-time promises and should have its refill source and pump provider identified before the unit ships.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Minnesota.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Minnesota trailers are titled and registered through Driver and Vehicle Services in the Department of Public Safety. Whether a title is required depends on the trailer category and a weight basis DVS defines; confirm that basis against the exact unit's documented figures before relying on any threshold. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.

FAQ

Can this exact configuration remain occupied in the intended winter conditions?
Only if the manufacturer documents it for that unit and those conditions. Ask for the operating limits, what the plumbing requires in cold weather and the storage instructions, and give us the minimum conditions and the occupied and unattended hours you intend. Without that documentation, plan seasonal use with draining and storage.
What happens during a power interruption?
Cabin heating stops with the supply, and what the plumbing then needs depends on the exact unit and how long the interruption lasts. Ask the manufacturer's guidance for that unit, keep a backup supply or a sized generator available for winter placements, and know in advance who drains the unit if the supply cannot be restored.
How will northern or remote sites be serviced?
By a local potable-water supplier and an authorized waste-service provider you arrange; All Pro does not operate a service network in Minnesota. Confirm both are willing to travel to the site on your schedule before buying, and plan intervals from monitored tank levels.
What support comes with an out-of-area purchase?
A remote delivery walkthrough and 3 months of setup and operating support, alongside the written warranty described in the warranty and financing section. Local servicing and repairs are arranged by you.
Does Minnesota require a title for a restroom trailer?
Confirm with Driver and Vehicle Services using the exact unit's documented figures; the requirement depends on the trailer category and the weight basis the state applies. The official link is under Check placement requirements.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Minnesota?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Minnesota is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
