Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Arizona

In Arizona the buying problem is heat first and elevation second. A Phoenix, Tucson or Yuma placement runs its A/C through a long summer, while a Flagstaff site at elevation has real winter and a shorter operating season. Decide how many people the trailer must serve at the busiest moment, whether showers are genuinely needed, and what the site provides for power, potable water and pump-out access. An owned trailer can run on its own tank and a generator where there are no hookups, as long as refills and pump-outs are planned. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Arizona, showers are most often justified by remote crews, overnight accommodation and agricultural or utility work far from facilities. A Phoenix outdoor event or a Tucson facility closure more often needs compartments, cooling and a short walking route than hot water.

Desert, city and elevation examples

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Phoenix outdoor placement
A multi-day summer event. Demand comes in short surges between program segments, so compartments matter more than showers. Needs a shaded, level pad with the towbar and steps inside the footprint, a dedicated 20-amp outlet or an approved generator spot, continuous A/C while occupied, and refills and pump-outs between sessions.
Tucson facility closure
A restroom renovation at a building that stays open. Demand is steady across a shift. Needs a paved placement near the affected entrance with a usable route for staff and visitors, building shore power where available, A/C for summer and cabin heat for cool winter nights, and cleaning and pump-out on a schedule set by monitored tank levels.
Flagstaff seasonal site
A trailhead, campus or construction site at elevation used spring through fall. Showers are worth considering if crews stay overnight. Needs a pad that stays stable after rain and frost, generator power sized for the configuration, and a season that ends before hard freezes unless the exact unit has documented cold-weather capability; outside the season the unit is drained and stored per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. In the low desert, cooling comes first: plan for continuous A/C while occupied and a shaded, level pad where possible. Do not infer electrical load from cooling BTU; use the exact unit’s electrical requirements. At Flagstaff and other high-elevation sites, A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Independent operation
Water and power are independent systems. An owned trailer runs without fixed hookups when its tank is filled from a potable source, a generator is sized for the configuration, and refills and pump-outs are scheduled.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Arizona titles and registers trailers through the ADOT Motor Vehicle Division. Confirm the category, weight basis and any exemption that applies to your unit; taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff and Yuma each run their own building or planning office; Mesa, Scottsdale and Tempe are separate municipalities; a parcel outside city limits is a county matter; tribal, state and federal land have their own authorities.

FAQ

What differs between a desert site and a higher-elevation site?
In Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma the selection is driven by cooling: continuous A/C, shade where possible, and power sized for the exact unit’s climate equipment. At Flagstaff the operating season drives it: a standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability for that exact unit, and cabin heat does not establish protected plumbing. Plan the season, then the unit.
Can an owned trailer run without fixed hookups?
Yes, when its water, power and servicing needs are met: the onboard tank filled from a potable source or a potable hose, a dedicated 20-amp circuit or a generator sized for the configuration, and refills and pump-outs scheduled against monitored tank levels. Stored water lasts as long as use allows, not a fixed number of days.
When are showers worth the space and water use?
When people stay on site: overnight crews, extended shifts, remote accommodation, or a written requirement. Showers add hot water equipment (propane on site), body length and water use, and they shorten service intervals. Where no one will shower, a restroom-only configuration keeps the footprint and servicing smaller.
How do I size power when the site has no outlet?
Start from our baseline of a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations, then confirm against the exact unit’s requirements, climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads. Do not derive the load from cooling BTU, and do not assume a generator’s full output is available through one outlet.
Does a Phoenix address tell me who permits the placement?
Not by itself. A Phoenix postal address can sit inside Phoenix, in Mesa, Scottsdale or Tempe, or in unincorporated Maricopa County. Confirm the parcel, then ask that authority and the property operator about placement, access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.
Can I rent a restroom trailer in Arizona instead of buying?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Arizona is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
