Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Connecticut

Connecticut buyers tend to be fitting a trailer into a constrained site: a campus or hospital renovation with a service drive the facilities office controls, or a compact shoreline venue where the pad, the guest route and the pump truck lane compete for the same space. The decisions are the measured footprint, the rush-period stall count, and whether the unit stays in service through winter or is stored. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Choosing a layout for your project

2-Stall + Shower

4-Stall + Shower
Two shower suites plus two restroom stalls; about 264 gal fresh / 475 gal waste; gas water heater; 19 × 7 ft body plus 5 ft towbar
Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall + Shower
One wheelchair-accessible suite with ramp plus two standard suites; hot and cold water; 5 ft towbar plus the deployed ramp; overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet)
Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a Connecticut site, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval, such as a class change on a campus or the post-ceremony rush at a venue, alongside any existing facilities. Showers belong to housed crews and overnight stays, not most venues. On a compact pad, measure before you pick: the 4-Stall's extra stalls cost nine feet of body.

A campus renovation and a shoreline venue compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Campus renovation
Restrooms closed for a semester; peak at the class change; a 2-Stall or 4-Stall on a service drive with a dedicated 20-amp outlet and a hose bib; the facilities office sets receiving hours and the pump truck's route; year-round only with documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, otherwise planned around the warm season or stored over winter.
Compact shoreline venue
Peak in the minutes after the ceremony; a 2-Stall where the pad is tight, a 4-Stall where it is not; power from the venue on a dedicated supply, water by hose; operates May through October; the pump truck has to reach the tanks without crossing the guest route; drained and stored at season's end.
Trailer body
10 × 7 ft for the 2-Stall, 19 × 7 ft for the 4-Stall, overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet) for the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Towbar
4 ft on the 2-Stall; 5 ft on the 4-Stall and on the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Steps, ramp and use
the entry steps at each door, the deployed ramp and a level landing at its foot on the accessible configuration, and queue space kept clear of the doors and the ramp
Delivery and service access
a straight approach and turning room for the tow vehicle on delivery day, and a lane the pump truck and water fill can reach for the life of the placement

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Connecticut summers are humid and winters are cold inland and on the shore, so heating is worth considering for spring and fall dates and early shifts. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
send the approach, its surface, turning room and any overhead limit; a campus service drive, a shoreline lane and a public curb are different drops, and a curb drop needs a permission you arrange with the town in advance.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the potable fill and the pump truck return for the life of the placement and need the same access each time.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Connecticut.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request
the measured setup area, the pedestrian route, dates, the peak breaks you expect, and utility and pump-truck access.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
the Connecticut DMV registers trailers and requires a title for a trailer with a gross weight over 3,000 pounds; a restroom trailer typically exceeds that, so expect both. Confirm the title and registration requirements for the exact unit and its documented weight with the Connecticut DMV. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. In Connecticut the town or city is the authority for the parcel; a campus, a hospital or a private venue has its own instructions on top, and an event on town property runs through the town's event process.

FAQ

Will the complete deployed setup fit?
Measure against the footprint rows above, not the body alone: body, towbar, steps or ramp and landing, queue space and the pump truck's lane. For the accessible configuration add the deployed ramp and the route a wheelchair user takes to it. If the pad is tight, the 2-Stall usually fits where the 4-Stall does not.
Can the unit remain in service during winter?
Only with documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for the exact unit, plus reliable power and winter service, as described under Climate. Heating warms the cabin; plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit. Otherwise drain, clean and store it.
How do an event's rush periods change the layout recommendation?
The rush sets the stall count. Count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval alongside any existing facilities; a large reception's post-ceremony rush points to the 4-Stall, a smaller one or a tight pad to the 2-Stall. If showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration.
Whose instructions govern the event or property?
The property operator's first (receiving hours, generator rules, where the trailer and the pump truck can go), then the town's for the parcel or the event, as described under Check placement requirements. Get both in writing before delivery.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Connecticut?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Connecticut is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
