Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Louisiana

In Louisiana the buying problem is usually a secured site: a refinery or LNG turnaround that brings hundreds of contractors through one gate, a port or river terminal with rotating shifts, or a parish venue used a few weekends a year. The questions are who lets the pump truck in, what happens when utilities are interrupted, and what the selected unit actually has for heat and cold weather. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a turnaround, count contractors at the busiest break alongside any plant restrooms still open; a 4-Stall clears a large break, and showers are an explicit requirement or they are not. For a terminal, size to shift change. For a venue, the surge sets stalls and an accessible configuration may be expected.

Secured plant shifts, port operations and a parish venue compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Refinery or LNG turnaround
A Lake Charles- or river-parish plant with contractor crews for several weeks and breaks at fixed times; a 4-Stall, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a dedicated 20-amp circuit from a temporary panel or a generator in an approved spot; A/C first; the waste-service provider badged for recurring entry before the first pump-out.
Port or river terminal
A New Orleans- or Baton Rouge-area yard with rotating shifts for a long project; a 2-Stall or 4-Stall sized to shift change; a dedicated circuit with a generator held as the fallback; a pad that stays reachable as containers move; a standing gate pass for the provider.
Parish festival or rural venue
A Lafayette-area grounds used a few weekends a year; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration with a usable route to the ramp; a generator where no outlet exists; fill before, pump after; storage between dates with the plumbing handled as the manufacturer documents.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Louisiana has a long hot humid season and a tropical-storm season statewide. Winter brings freezes in north Louisiana and occasional hard freezes even in the south, so plan cold weather for the actual site and dates rather than assuming it does not happen. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. The trailer belongs in the site's storm plan with a shutdown and relocation decision made in advance; it is not assumed to stay in use through a storm. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a secured plant, the service provider's badge and window are arranged with security before the trailer arrives.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Secured sites
Delivery is one appointment with the tow vehicle; the pump truck and water fill return for the life of the placement and need a standing credential, not a one-day pass. Decide before delivery who disconnects, secures or relocates the trailer when a storm warning or a hard freeze is forecast.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Louisiana.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
The Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles handles trailer titles and registration, and the plate, classification and tax due depend on the trailer's category and weight basis; confirm with the OMV before registration. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Parish and municipal authority differ: Metairie, for example, is unincorporated Jefferson Parish rather than a city, while New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Lake Charles and Shreveport issue permits inside their own limits, and a plant or port operator adds its own rules on top.

FAQ

Can the pump contractor enter during a shutdown?
Only if security badges the provider as a recurring visitor and the pad is reachable without entering a controlled area. Delivery is a single appointment; the waste-service provider and the water fill return on a schedule for as long as the trailer is in use. Agree the window with the turnaround schedule and get the credential issued before the trailer arrives.
What happens if utilities are interrupted?
The trailer keeps running on what it carries: the onboard tank filled from a potable source and a generator sized from the baseline under Power, placed where the property allows. Plan the generator as a standing fallback where outages are likely, and keep refills and pump-outs on monitored levels so an interruption does not become a full tank.
What heating and water-system protection does the selected unit actually have?
It depends on the exact unit. Every unit has A/C; some include cabin heating, which warms the cabin and not the shower water. Hot water comes from the gas water heater on the shower configurations; the Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall also has hot and cold water. How the plumbing should be handled in a freeze and in storage is a separate question to ask about for that unit, and a standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer.
Who is responsible when a storm is forecast?
The site. Decide in advance who disconnects power and water, who secures or relocates the trailer, and when. The trailer is part of the site's severe-weather plan, not something assumed to stay in service through a storm.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Louisiana?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Louisiana is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
