Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Tennessee

Tennessee buyers usually describe one of three situations: a Nashville-area event that sends a crowd to the restrooms in the same few minutes, a Memphis-area warehouse or logistics yard with breaks at fixed times for months on end, or an East Tennessee mountain venue where the approach and the winter decide the purchase. Each points to a different stall count, a different answer on showers and a different power plan. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

An event rush is a surge in the busiest 15 minutes, so stalls matter and showers do not. A warehouse break is a predictable peak alongside the building's own restrooms, so count overflow rather than headcount. A mountain venue adds the full deployed footprint and the service route to the decision.

Event rush, logistics shift and mountain venue compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Nashville-area event rush
A venue lot or festival field used on event days; a 4-Stall or restroom-only unit sized to the surge after each session; a generator in an approved spot; A/C for summer dates, heating for spring and fall evenings; fill before, pump after; storage between dates.
Memphis-area logistics shift
A warehouse or yard with breaks at fixed times for a long project; a 2-Stall or 4-Stall sized to the busiest break alongside the building restrooms; a dedicated 20-amp circuit; A/C first, heating for winter night shifts; pumping in a window that avoids dock traffic, with the provider on the gate list.
East Tennessee mountain venue
A wedding or outdoor venue on a sloped property; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration with a usable route to the ramp; a generator placed under the property's rules; heating for cool evenings; a level pad the pump truck can reach; winter storage planned before the first season.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Tennessee has hot humid summers statewide and a real winter with freezing nights and occasional ice from Memphis to the mountains, where cold runs longer. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. For year-round use anywhere in the state, consider heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. Event-day use is fill-before, pump-after; a shift site runs on monitored levels and a standing service window.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A venue lot, a fenced logistics yard and a mountain driveway are different drops; send the receiving contact, gate instructions and any overhead, grade or turning limits. Delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and water fill return on a schedule and need their own access.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Tennessee.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Tennessee titles and registers trailers through the county clerk based on type, purpose and use, and a trailer used in a business is treated differently from a private utility trailer; confirm the classification, the plate and the sales tax with the county clerk where the unit will be kept. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Metro Nashville covers Davidson County with a few separate satellite cities; Memphis and unincorporated Shelby County share a construction-enforcement office while suburbs such as Collierville and Germantown have their own; Knoxville, Chattanooga and their counties are separate offices.

FAQ

How does an event rush differ from a warehouse break?
An event rush is a few minutes of everyone at once: count peak users in the busiest 15 minutes and buy stalls; showers go unused. A warehouse break is a predictable peak alongside the building's own restrooms: count the overflow at shift change rather than total headcount, and consider showers only for extended shifts or on-site accommodation.
Can a mountain venue receive and service the unit?
If the approach and pad are measured first. Check width, grade, overhead clearance and turning room for the tow vehicle and later the pump truck, and plan a level pad with room for the body, towbar and steps or ramp. Confirm that a local waste-service provider will drive the route, and send photos and measurements with the quote request.
When are hot water and showers actually needed?
When people are housed on site, work extended shifts, or a contract or event requirement calls for them. Hot water comes from the gas water heater on the shower configurations, with propane on site; the Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall also has hot and cold water. If showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration.
Where can the generator go, and what about winter?
Where the property's rules and the generator's instructions allow, with clearance from the trailer, the user route and building openings; size it from the baseline under Power. Freezing nights happen statewide, so consider cabin heating for year-round use and ask how the exact unit's plumbing should be handled in freezing weather and in storage.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Tennessee?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Tennessee is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
