Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Georgia

Georgia buyers face three different problems: a metro Atlanta studio or warehouse where a shift break empties into the restrooms at once, a coastal hotel or venue that must keep operating through a restroom closure, or a North Georgia mountain site with a tight approach, a long service route and a real winter. The choices are the same statewide: restroom-only or shower-equipped, two or four stalls, cabin heating or A/C only. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In metro Atlanta, peak users in the busiest 15 minutes of a shift break, alongside the building's own restrooms, set the stall count; showers are rarely used on a day-shift site. On the coast, a hotel closure is about operating hours and appearance more than headcount. In the mountains, the full footprint and the recurring service route often decide more than the layout.

Metro, coast and mountain placements compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Metro studio or warehouse shift
Crews with breaks at fixed times; a 4-Stall clears a large break, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a dedicated 20-amp circuit from the building; A/C for summer, heating for early winter calls; pumping in a quiet hour with the provider on the gate list.
Coastal hospitality closure
A Savannah-area hotel with guest restrooms offline for a renovation; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration placed near the lobby with a usable route; power and potable water from the building; A/C first; servicing outside guest hours.
North Georgia mountain venue
A seasonal outdoor venue on a sloped property; a 2-Stall with a generator in an approved spot; heating for shoulder-season evenings; a level pad the pump truck can reach; winter storage planned before the first season.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Metro Atlanta and the Piedmont have hot humid summers and winter cold snaps with occasional ice. The coast is humid for most of the year with a tropical-storm season. North Georgia has a real winter with freezing nights and some snow. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. On a mountain site, confirm that a local provider will drive the route before you commit to the placement.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A gated studio lot, a hotel service entrance and a mountain driveway are different drops; send the receiving contact, gate instructions and any overhead or turning limits. Delivery happens once; the pump truck and water fill return on a schedule, so confirm their access with the same operator.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Georgia.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Georgia registers trailers through the county tag office, and whether a title is also issued depends on the trailer's weight and category; confirm the classification, the weight basis and any tax due with the Georgia Department of Revenue's motor vehicle division and your county tag office before registration. The quote identifies the figures for the unit you select.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Atlanta spans two counties with many separate suburbs; Savannah is only part of Chatham County; and Augusta-Richmond, Columbus-Muscogee, Macon-Bibb and Athens-Clarke are consolidated governments with a few towns that stayed outside the merger.

FAQ

What changes for a North Georgia mountain site?
Access and season. Measure the approach width, grade and turning room for the tow vehicle and later the pump truck, and plan a level pad for the body, towbar and steps or ramp. Consider heating for cold evenings, and ask how the exact unit's plumbing should be handled in freezing weather and in storage. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit.
Can the unit run before permanent utilities are connected?
Yes. The onboard tank, filled from a potable source, and a generator sized from the baseline under Power carry the trailer until the dedicated 20-amp circuit and a potable hose are live. Schedule refills and pump-outs from monitored levels in the meantime.
Does my crew actually need showers and hot water?
Only if people are housed on site, work extended shifts, or a contract or event requirement calls for them. A day-shift studio or warehouse crew mostly needs stalls that clear the break. If showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration; it removes the water heater, the propane and a large share of the water consumption.
How is recurring pumping handled on a metro site?
You arrange an authorized waste-service provider and a potable fill; the site gives them the same access the delivery had. Pick a window outside the shift break and a pad the truck can reach without moving equipment. Monitored tank levels set the schedule, and shower use shortens it.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Georgia?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Georgia is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
