Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Ohio

In Ohio the first decision is how the trailer will be owned through the year: drained and stored after the event season, or kept in service through winter on a unit with documented cold-weather capability. The second is layout, set by the busiest short interval, whether that is a plant's scheduled break, a campus restroom closure or a festival gate. All Pro sells restroom-only, shower-equipped and wheelchair-accessible configurations from Bonita Springs, with delivery quoted to your receiving address anywhere in Ohio. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

An Ohio plant's scheduled break puts much of a shift at the door within minutes, so count peak users in that short interval alongside existing facilities rather than daily headcount; a restroom-only configuration is the starting point unless showers are required. A campus closure spreads similar numbers across a day and may need fewer compartments but an accessible suite, while a seasonal fairground weighs footprint and appearance more than timing. Equal daily attendance can need different layouts when use is concentrated.

Ohio planning scenarios and a pre-opening checklist

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Plant with scheduled breaks
A manufacturer renovates its break-room restrooms across two shifts. Peak demand is the first minutes of each break, so compartments are sized to that interval. The unit sits on a paved apron on a dedicated circuit from the building, with a service lane the pump truck can use between shifts. If the renovation runs into winter, the buyer needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit or a plan to end the placement before freezing conditions.
Campus restroom closure
A university building loses its restrooms for a semester. Use is spread across the day, so a wheelchair-accessible configuration with a level route from the walkway matters more than stall count. Campus water and power are close, and cleaning and pumping are scheduled outside class hours.
Seasonal fair or festival
A fairground owns a unit for summer and fall events. Weekend gate peaks set the layout, a generator covers lots without a suitable supply, and the unit is drained and stored after the last event rather than operated through winter.

Before existing restrooms close, commission the trailer:

  1. Confirm the supply is a dedicated circuit, or the generator is sized and fueled, and run the unit with the A/C or heating on.
  2. Fill the fresh tank from a potable source or connect the hose, then run the pump at every fixture and check for leaks.
  3. Where a water heater is fitted, run it and check hot water at the showers; the wheelchair-accessible configuration also has hot and cold water.
  4. Check level placement, steps or ramp, exterior and interior lighting and door operation, and walk the accessible route.
  5. Record starting tank levels and confirm the first cleaning, refill and pump-out dates with your service provider.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Ohio winters are cold enough that an occupied-winter purchase and a seasonal purchase are different decisions; settle which one you are making before comparing units.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Ohio.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Ohio trailers are titled and registered through the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Whether a title is required depends on the trailer category and a weight basis the BMV defines; confirm that basis and the exact unit's documented figures with the BMV before relying on any threshold. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.

FAQ

What drives selection for a plant's busiest break?
The number of people who may use the trailer in the first minutes of the break, counted alongside the restrooms that stay open. That interval sets compartments; duration and whether showers are required set the configuration. Daily headcount alone understates a synchronized break.
What should be ready before a facility shutdown?
Power, water, placement and servicing, in that order, following the numbered checklist in the planning section above. Also confirm that the pump truck has standing access, not just the delivery driver, and that someone on site knows how to read tank levels.
How is the trailer prepared for winter use or storage?
They are two different plans. Occupied winter use needs the manufacturer's documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, a reliable supply and a plan for a power interruption. Seasonal ownership means draining and storing the unit according to its instructions after the last use. Decide before you buy; see Climate, power & water.
Does an Ohio title apply to a restroom trailer?
Confirm with the Ohio BMV using the exact unit's documented figures, because the answer depends on the trailer category and the weight basis the BMV applies. The quote identifies the unit; the BMV link under Check placement requirements is the official starting point.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Ohio?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Ohio is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
