Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Michigan

A Michigan buyer faces two questions before layout: will the trailer be drained and stored at the end of the season, or run through winter on a unit with documented cold-weather capability, and can a pump truck reach it during operating hours. Layout then follows the busiest interval, which at a factory is the shift change rather than the daily headcount. All Pro sells restroom-only, shower-equipped and wheelchair-accessible configurations from Bonita Springs, with delivery quoted to the receiving address anywhere in Michigan, including the Upper Peninsula. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

A Michigan factory's shift change concentrates users into a few minutes, so size to the peak of that interval alongside existing restrooms and keep a service window between shifts; a restroom-only configuration is the starting point unless showers are required. A university move-in or a summer festival spreads similar numbers across hours, so appearance, an accessible suite and footprint lead. Equal daily attendance can need different layouts when use is concentrated.

Michigan planning scenarios

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Automotive supplier, three shifts
A plant adds restroom capacity for a line expansion. The peak is each shift change, so compartments are sized to that interval and the pump truck is scheduled between shifts. A dedicated circuit from the building replaces a generator. Winter operation is planned only if the exact unit's cold-weather documentation supports it; otherwise the placement ends before freezing conditions.
University restroom closure
A campus building closes its restrooms during a renovation. Demand is spread through the day, so a wheelchair-accessible configuration with a level, lit route matters more than stall count. Campus water and power are close, and servicing is booked around class hours.
Upper Peninsula worksite
A seasonal project far from a service yard runs on a generator and the onboard tank. The buyer identifies a potable refill source and a waste-service provider before purchase, because both must travel to the site. The unit is drained and stored at season end unless documented winter capability and a reliable supply are confirmed.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Where in Michigan the trailer will sit, and in which months, decides more than any regional weather label; a southern-county summer season and a northern winter placement are different purchases.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
Lower Peninsula and Upper Peninsula addresses are both quoted to the receiving address. A remote or Upper Peninsula placement is confirmed on the quote without transit-time promises and should have its refill source and pump provider identified before the unit ships.
Access
Send a receiving contact, gate credentials and overhead or turning limits. A plant may need separate credentials for the one-time delivery and for the pump truck that returns during operating hours.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Michigan.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Michigan trailers are titled and registered through the Michigan Secretary of State. Whether a title or a plate is required depends on the trailer category and a weight basis the Secretary of State defines; confirm that basis against the exact unit's documented figures before relying on any threshold. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.

FAQ

How should shift changes determine layout?
Count the people who may use the trailer in the busiest minutes of a shift change, alongside the restrooms that stay open. That interval sets compartments. Then check that a service window exists between shifts, because the pump truck cannot work through the peak.
What differs for a remote or Upper Peninsula placement?
Delivery is quoted to the address like any other, but recurring service is the real question: a potable refill source and a waste-service provider must be willing to travel there on your schedule. Confirm both before buying, and plan on a generator and the onboard tank if no supply exists.
What protects the water system during operation and storage?
During operation, documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit and a reliable supply; ask what happens during a power interruption. For storage, draining and the manufacturer's storage instructions. Plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions; see Climate, power & water.
Does Michigan require a title for a restroom trailer?
Confirm with the Michigan Secretary of State using the exact unit's documented figures; the requirement depends on the trailer category and the weight basis the state applies. The official link is under Check placement requirements.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Michigan?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Michigan is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
