Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Idaho

The Idaho decision starts with seasonal ownership versus occupied winter operation: a lake venue runs through the warm months and is stored drained, while a valley industrial or lab site may need the trailer through winter, which requires documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for the exact unit. After that come the daily user pattern, whether overnight users create a genuine shower requirement, and whether a rural location can be refilled and pumped on schedule. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to your receiving address anywhere in Idaho. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Idaho, a valley worksite closure is sized to shift-change peaks alongside existing facilities and is often a restroom-only question; a lake venue is sized to its busiest weekend interval with an accessible route; a remote site justifies showers only if people stay overnight. Measure approach, grade, turning room and the deployed pad before choosing a body length.

Valley worksite, lake venue or remote site

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Valley industrial closure
Shift-change peaks while a plant or lab restroom block is offline; a dedicated outlet confirmed by facilities, municipal water in reach, a restroom-only configuration if showers will not be used, and documented cold-weather capability if the closure runs through winter.
Lake venue
Warm-season weekends with public use; an accessible route to the ramp, a fill and pump-out schedule that fits event days, and drained storage per the exact unit’s instructions when the season ends.
Remote site
Months without hookups; reliable generator power and a provider who will travel for refills and pump-outs. Measure the approach road, turning room and deployed pad before purchase and confirm the service truck can make the same trip.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Summer use calls for cooling; year-round use raises the winter question. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Idaho.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Idaho trailers are titled and registered through the county assessor’s motor vehicle office under Idaho Transportation Department DMV procedure; confirm the trailer’s category, documents and fees with your county office before purchase. Applicable taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.
Lake and public land
Shoreline, park and federal or state land is controlled by the agency or operator that manages it, not the nearest city; confirm who approves placement, generator use and waste servicing.

FAQ

What differs between a seasonal lake venue and a year-round worksite?
The season and the winter question. A lake venue runs in warm weather and is drained and stored afterward, so a standard unit fits. A year-round worksite needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, reliable power and a service road the pump truck can use all winter. See the planning examples above.
Can a rural location support refills and pumping?
Only with a potable source and an authorized waste provider who commit to the interval your use requires; confirm both before purchase, including whether their trucks can make the trip and turn around at the pad. Showers shorten the interval. Monitored tank levels set the next visit.
What must be verified for winter operation?
Documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit: operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin and is not a winter rating. Without that documentation, plan seasonal use and drained storage.
When is restroom-only enough, and when are showers needed?
Restroom-only covers day shifts, events and closures where people go home. Showers are a genuine requirement for overnight users, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement. the wheelchair-accessible configuration also has hot and cold water.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Idaho?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Idaho is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
