Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Nevada

Nevada splits into two operating plans and one hard question. Southern Nevada around Las Vegas is low desert with a long cooling season and venue load-in rules; northern Nevada around Reno and Carson City sits higher, with real winter that limits when a standard unit can be occupied. The hard question is the remote site in between: can a water truck and a pump truck reliably reach the trailer? Decide peak demand, whether showers are needed, the power source and the service route, then match a configuration. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Nevada, a Las Vegas-area venue or a facility closure typically needs compartments, cooling and a short walking route rather than showers. Showers earn their space at mining, construction, film and remote crew sites where people stay on site.

Southern, northern and remote examples

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Las Vegas-area venue
An outdoor or tented event in the warm season. Demand surges at breaks, so compartments and a short walking route matter most. Needs a placement that respects the venue’s load-in window and generator rules, shore power where offered, continuous A/C, and cleaning and pump-out scheduled around the program and the venue’s access limits.
Reno facility closure
A restroom renovation at a facility that stays open. Demand is steady across the day. Needs a paved placement with a usable accessible route, building shore power, A/C for summer and cabin heat for cold mornings. If the closure runs into winter, a standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied use without documented cold-weather capability, so plan the season or the unit accordingly.
Remote site
A mining, utility or ranch project far from services. Showers are likely if crews stay overnight. Needs a graded, stable pad with room for the deployed footprint, generator power sized for the configuration, a season set by the exact unit’s limits, and a water hauler and an authorized waste-service provider willing to make the trip; confirm that before ordering, not after.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. In southern Nevada, cooling comes first: continuous A/C while occupied, shade where possible, and power sized for the exact unit’s climate equipment; do not infer electrical load from cooling BTU. In the Reno and Carson City area and at higher elevations, A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water. Plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Venue power
Resort and venue properties may restrict where a generator can run or require shore power from their own distribution; have the supply assessed and agree a compatible source before delivery.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
Resort and venue properties often have load-in windows, check-in points and route rules; secured sites need a named receiver. Tell us whether the pad will later be reachable by a pump truck, because delivery access and recurring service access are different questions. Routing to northern Nevada can involve mountain passes; routing and timing are quote-dependent.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Nevada.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Nevada titles and registers trailers through the Nevada DMV. Confirm the category, weight basis and any exemption that applies to your unit; taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. A Las Vegas postal address does not identify the permitting municipality: the parcel may be inside the City of Las Vegas, in unincorporated Clark County, or in Henderson or North Las Vegas. Reno, Sparks and Washoe County are likewise separate authorities. Verify the parcel before applying.

FAQ

What changes between southern and northern Nevada operation?
Southern Nevada is a cooling plan: continuous A/C, shade, and power sized for the unit’s climate equipment over a long warm season. Northern Nevada is a season plan: cabin heat for cold mornings and evenings, and a hard look at winter, because a standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability for that exact unit. Cabin heat does not establish protected plumbing.
Can a remote venue support the required servicing?
Only if a potable water source and an authorized waste-service provider will actually reach it. Before ordering, confirm who will fill the tank, who will pump the waste tank, how often they can come, and whether the approach works for their trucks. Showers shorten the interval. If no provider will make the trip, the site cannot support the unit regardless of tank size.
Which authority controls the actual placement?
The authority for the parcel, not the postal city. Around Las Vegas that may be the City of Las Vegas, unincorporated Clark County, Henderson or North Las Vegas; around Reno it may be Reno, Sparks or Washoe County. The property operator may add rules of its own. Confirm the parcel first, then ask about placement, access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.
What if the venue will not allow a generator?
Ask what supply the venue offers and have it assessed against the exact unit’s electrical requirements. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection; if the venue offers something else, agree a compatible source before delivery rather than on the day.
When do showers make sense in Nevada?
When people stay on site: remote crews, overnight work, film and construction camps, or a written requirement. Showers add hot water equipment, body length and water use, and they shorten the service interval. For an event or a facility closure, a restroom-only configuration is often the better fit.
Can I rent a restroom trailer in Nevada instead of buying?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Nevada is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
