Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Rhode Island

Rhode Island is compact, so the buying questions are about the site rather than the distance: whether the full wheelchair-accessible deployment fits a shoreline pad, how a reception rush changes the stall count, where the potable fill and the pump truck get in, and what happens to the unit when the season ends. A Newport-area venue, a Providence facility closure and a South County event each answer those differently. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a Rhode Island venue, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval, usually the minutes after the ceremony, alongside any existing facilities. Showers are rarely used at a venue; ask about a restroom-only configuration. On a shoreline pad, the accessible configuration's deployed ramp and landing are part of the footprint, not an afterthought.

A shoreline venue and a facility closure compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Shoreline event venue
Peak in the minutes after the ceremony; a 4-Stall for a large reception or a 2-Stall for a smaller one; a level pad near the venue's power with a hose from its water; operates May through October; the pump truck shares the catering lane; drained, cleaned and stored at season's end.
Facility closure in a city
Restrooms offline for a renovation; peak at shift or class change; a 2-Stall on a service drive with a dedicated 20-amp outlet; the facilities office sets receiving hours; the pump truck needs the same lane for the whole closure.
Seasonal closeout
Pump and clean, drain per the unit's instructions, decide whether the trailer winters at the venue, in a yard or under cover, and who checks on it.
Trailer body
10 × 7 ft for the 2-Stall, 19 × 7 ft for the 4-Stall, overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet) for the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Towbar
4 ft on the 2-Stall; 5 ft on the 4-Stall and on the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Steps, ramp and use
the entry steps at each door, the deployed ramp and a level landing at its foot on the accessible configuration, and queue space kept clear of the doors and the ramp
Delivery and service access
a straight approach and turning room for the tow vehicle on delivery day, and a lane the pump truck and water fill can reach for the life of the placement

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Rhode Island's event season runs through humid summers into a cool, windy fall, so heating is worth considering for spring and late-season dates. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. At a shoreline venue, confirm where the fill hose connects and where the pump truck parks before the first event.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
send the approach to the pad, its surface and any overhead or turning limit; a shoreline lane, a city service drive and a public curb are different drops, and a curb drop needs a permission you arrange with the city. Block Island and other ferry-dependent addresses are confirmed separately, if delivery can be offered.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the potable fill and the pump truck return for the life of the placement and need a lane that stays open.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Rhode Island.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles registers trailers and titles those above a weight threshold set by state law; a restroom trailer is typically heavy enough that a title applies. Confirm the title, plate and any inspection requirement for the exact unit and its documented weight with the Rhode Island DMV. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. State beaches and parks are managed by state agencies rather than the town, and a private club or venue has its own rules.

FAQ

Will the full accessible setup fit?
Measure the pad against the body length on your written spec sheet, the 5 ft towbar, the deployed ramp and a level landing at its foot, plus queue space and the route a wheelchair user takes from parking or the venue to the ramp, as described under Choosing a layout. The ramp side needs to face the user route, not the service lane.
How do reception rush periods affect selection?
They set the stall count. Count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval alongside any existing facilities; a 4-Stall clears a large reception's post-ceremony rush that a 2-Stall will queue. Showers rarely matter at a venue; a restroom-only configuration is worth asking about.
What should an owner do when seasonal use ends?
Pump and clean the tanks, drain per the unit's instructions, follow its storage instructions, and decide where it sits for the winter and who checks on it. Plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit before the first season ends.
How do potable water and pumping work at a shoreline venue?
Fill from the venue's potable tap by hose, or by a delivered fill into the onboard tank, as described under Water. The pump truck needs a lane to the tanks on every visit; confirm it with your service provider and the venue before the trailer is placed.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Rhode Island?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Rhode Island is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
