Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Vermont

Vermont ownership is a question of season before it is a question of layout. A summer wedding venue, a farm event or a fair runs from late spring into foliage season and then drains and stores. A mountain resort or an occupied winter project asks whether the exact unit is documented for cold-weather operation and whether service vehicles can reach it on a muddy or snow-covered road. Decide which you are, then size the trailer. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a Vermont venue, count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval alongside any existing facilities; a farm wedding peaks at the end of the ceremony, a fair at closing. Showers are a question for overnight camps and housed crews. For a mountain or winter site, the unit's documented operating limits come before the layout.

Summer venue, mountain site and winter project compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Summer farm or wedding venue
Peak at the end of the ceremony; a 2-Stall or 4-Stall on a level, well-drained pad near the barn's power; a dedicated 20-amp supply and a hose from a tested well; operates June through October; the pump truck needs a lane that stays usable after rain; drained and stored before winter.
Mountain site
Steady use through the day; verify grade, surface, turning room and a level pad before delivery; power from the base lodge or an approved generator; winter use only with documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, a plowed route and a provider who will service it in the conditions.
Occupied winter project
A crew on site through March; peak at shift start; needs the documented capability above, continuous reliable power, a freezing-weather fill and a route the pump truck can use in snow and in mud season; otherwise store after draining and operate from spring.

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Vermont has a short warm season, a long cold winter and a wet mud season at each end, so heating is worth considering for spring and fall use and access changes by month. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. Plan service around the months a truck can actually reach the pad.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
send the approach route, its surface and grade, and whether it is maintained in mud season; a dirt road, a farm lane or a mountain access road is confirmed on the quote. If the tow vehicle cannot reach the pad, an agreed receiving point is set and you move the unit the last stretch.
Delivery versus service access
delivery happens once; the pump truck and the water fill return for the life of the placement, in whatever conditions the season brings.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Vermont.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Send with your quote request
operating dates, the conditions you intend to operate in, access and pad details, reliable utilities and your service provider.

Warranty, support & financing

Every new trailer comes with a 12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely. Warranty & support details. Customers can explore independent third-party financing; see financing.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
the Vermont DMV titles and registers trailers; it does not issue a title for a trailer with an empty weight of 1,500 pounds or less, and a restroom trailer is heavier than that, so expect a title and registration. Confirm the requirements for the exact unit and its documented weight with the Vermont DMV. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county, township or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. In Vermont the town is the usual authority; ask the town whether any state-level review applies to the parcel and the duration of use.

FAQ

Can the unit operate in winter, or should it be seasonally stored?
Operate it in winter only with documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for the exact unit, plus reliable power, a freezing-weather fill and a plowed service route, as described under Climate. Not every heating option is a winter package; heating warms the cabin. Without that documentation, drain, clean and store the unit per its instructions.
Can service vehicles reach the venue throughout use?
Check the pump truck's route in the worst month you operate: mud season softens dirt roads and snow narrows them. Confirm with your service provider that the truck can reach the tanks for the whole period, and place the trailer where that stays true.
What should be verified before a mountain delivery?
The grade and surface of the approach, switchbacks and turning room for a tow vehicle with the trailer behind it, overhead clearance, a level pad sized for body plus towbar plus steps or ramp, where power comes from, and who services it. Send those with the quote request so the receiving point can be agreed.
Which layout fits a farm wedding or a fair?
Count users in the busiest short interval alongside any existing restrooms, then compare under Choosing a layout. Most venues do not use showers; a restroom-only configuration is the smaller footprint and the longer service interval.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Vermont?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Vermont is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
