Purchase policy
How deposits, custom-order timing, walkthroughs and final payment work when you buy a trailer from All Pro.
In-stock trailers
Current new models are in stock, subject to prior sale. In-stock trailers do not require a deposit, and an in-stock trailer is not held or reserved until it is paid for. Full payment must be received and cleared before the trailer is released.
Custom orders and deposits
A $5,000 deposit is required to begin production of a custom trailer. It is credited toward the purchase price.
Production typically begins within seven days of receiving the deposit, and we will notify you when production starts. This timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed seven-day cancellation period.
If you cancel before production begins, your deposit is refundable. Once production begins, the deposit is generally non-refundable when you cancel, subject to your purchase agreement and applicable law.
We may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion, based on the work completed, costs already committed, the extent of customization and our ability to resell the trailer. Exceptions are considered individually and are not guaranteed. This policy covers cancellations you request; it does not limit refund rights required by law, and it does not address a failure on our part to perform, which is governed by your purchase agreement and applicable law.
Custom-order delivery timeline
The estimated time from production start to delivery at your location is up to three months. Your order will include an estimated delivery date. Dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Walkthrough before final payment
Once your trailer is complete, you may inspect it at our Bonita Springs, Florida location or arrange a live video walkthrough before you make your final payment.
Final payment and release
The remaining balance must be received and cleared in full before the trailer leaves our location for delivery or customer pickup.
Wire transfer is our primary payment method. We will confirm payment instructions with you directly; we do not take payments through this website.
