What is included in the list price?

List price is for the base unit as configured. Delivery, options, taxes, title/registration, and fees are quoted separately. Each model page shows its firm list price for the shower-package configuration. Every new trailer includes the warranty and 90-day support described on the Warranty & Support page. How does delivery work? Is delivery free?

Delivery is not included in the list price and is not free. Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida, and we quote delivery to your ZIP code once we know the address, date and site access. We do not publish estimated delivery rates; the quote confirms the price and timeline. Enter your ZIP on a model page or in the quote form, or call 239-308-0281.

Do I need a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Not for an in-stock trailer: current new models are in stock, subject to prior sale, and full payment must be received and cleared before release. A custom trailer needs a $5,000 deposit, credited toward the price, to start production. It is refundable if you cancel before production begins. See our purchase policy for the full terms.

What power does a restroom trailer need, and what generator should I buy?

Accepted Answer

Standard grounded three-prong plug on a dedicated 20-amp circuit. “Dedicated” means nothing else on that circuit. Where there is no suitable outlet: A quiet inverter generator providing at least 4,000 running watts and 5,000 starting watts is our recommended baseline for the 2-stall, 4-stall and 2-stall plus wheelchair-accessible configurations. Confirm the exact unit’s connection and simultaneous loads, especially with added heating or customization, and run the generator outdoors with exhaust pointed away from people and the trailer.

What warranty do I get when I buy?

Accepted Answer

12-month limited warranty on structural and electronic components and 3 months of owner support, starting on delivery or pickup. Out-of-area buyers get the delivery walkthrough remotely; ongoing service and parts are available at additional cost when not covered. Coverage and exclusions are in the written warranty for your unit; the summary is on the Warranty & Support page. Warranty terms are separate from delivery, title/registration and financing, which are quoted separately.

Can I list a used restroom trailer with All Pro?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sellers submit through All Pro via List with All Pro in our pre-owned listings. Publish needs include photos (minimum three), asking price, stall count, state, and seller contact (phone or email; contact stays server-side and is not shown on public listing pages). Listings are labeled Pre-owned. Live listings are reconfirmed with sellers on a recurring cycle; unavailable units are removed. Buyers inquire on each listing; All Pro and/or the seller follow up. New-trailer warranty terms do not apply to third-party pre-owned listings.
