Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in South Carolina

South Carolina buyers usually face one of two problems: a coastal hotel, venue or port-side operation that must stay open while its restrooms are offline, or an Upstate manufacturing site where a secured gate controls both the trailer's arrival and every service visit afterward. Each points to a different unit, and the climate adds coastal heat for most of the year and occasional winter cold inland. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, delivered to your receiving address. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

For a hotel closure, size to the busiest check-in or event interval and weigh appearance and the route from the lobby; showers are seldom needed. For a plant, count users at the busiest break alongside any restrooms still open, and treat showers as an explicit requirement rather than a default.

Coast and Upstate placements compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Coastal hotel renovation
A Charleston- or Myrtle Beach-area property with guest restrooms offline for several weeks; a 2-Stall or an accessible configuration near the lobby with a usable route; a dedicated 20-amp circuit and a potable hose from the building; A/C first; cleaning and pumping outside guest hours.
Upstate secured plant
A Greenville–Spartanburg plant adding capacity during an expansion; peak users at shift change and lunch; a 4-Stall if the break empties into the trailer, restroom-only if nobody will shower; a pad the pump truck can reach without entering production; heating for winter shifts; a standing gate pass for the provider.
Midlands campus or event closure
A Columbia-area facility with restrooms closed for a time-limited project, or an event lot used a few weekends a year; a 2-Stall sized to the busiest interval; a generator where no outlet exists; fill before, pump after; storage between dates.

Each row is a way to think about your own site; the quote confirms the exact unit.

Climate, power & water

Climate
The coast and Midlands have long humid summers and a tropical-storm season; the Upstate adds winter cold with occasional ice. Every unit has A/C; some include heating. For a year-round Upstate placement, consider heating; on the coast, keep the trailer in the site's severe-weather plan with a shutdown or relocation decision made in advance. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather and storage are separate questions to ask about for the exact unit.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. A hotel will want cleaning and pumping outside guest hours; a plant will want them outside shift change.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in South Carolina.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles handles trailer titles and registration, and South Carolina counties assess property tax on many registered vehicles. Whether a plate is required for the way you will move the unit, the trailer's classification and the tax due depend on its category and weight; confirm with the SCDMV and the county auditor before purchase. The quote itemizes the unit, delivery, options, taxes, title and registration, and fees separately.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing. Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, Myrtle Beach and Spartanburg have their own building departments; the unincorporated land around them belongs to the county, and neighboring cities such as North Charleston and Mount Pleasant run their own counters.

FAQ

How should a hotel operate through a restroom closure?
Commission the trailer before the building restrooms close. Place it near the lobby or event space on a level pad with a usable route, including the ramp route if an accessible configuration is selected. Connect a dedicated 20-amp circuit and a potable hose from the building, and schedule cleaning and pumping outside guest hours. Size to the busiest check-in or event interval.
Can a secured plant accommodate recurring pump service?
Yes, if security approves the waste-service provider as a recurring visitor and the pad is reachable without entering a controlled area. Delivery is a single appointment; the pump truck and water fill return for the life of the placement. Agree the service window with the shift schedule before the trailer arrives.
What changes for winter or year-round operation?
Upstate winters bring freezing nights and occasional ice; consider cabin heating, and ask how the exact unit's plumbing should be handled in freezing weather and in storage. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for winter occupancy without documented capability from the manufacturer for that unit. On the coast, A/C is the priority and winter is mostly cold mornings.
Does cabin heating give me hot water?
No. Heating warms the cabin. Hot water comes from the gas water heater on the 2-Stall and 4-Stall shower configurations, with propane on site; the Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall also has hot and cold water. Power and water come from a dedicated 20-amp circuit and a potable hose, or a generator and the onboard tank as described under Power and Water.
Do you rent restroom trailers in South Carolina?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. South Carolina is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
