Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in the District of Columbia

In the District the question is feasibility before configuration: where the trailer can be received and serviced, whether the full deployed footprint fits the pad, whether the placement is on public space or private property, what the property allows for a generator, how pedestrians reach the door or ramp, and when the pump truck can get in. A facility closure, a campus project and a public event answer those differently. All Pro sells restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to the receiving address; there is no District branch. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Wheelchair Accessible + 2-Stall + Shower
One wheelchair-accessible suite with ramp plus two standard suites; hot and cold water; 5 ft towbar plus the deployed ramp; overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet)
Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In the District the operating footprint below usually decides the layout before demand does: a 2-Stall fits a loading bay or a courtyard that a 4-Stall blocks. Then count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest short interval, such as a shift change or an event break, alongside any existing facilities. Showers are a question for housed crews and overnight projects, not most District placements.

Private-property closure and public-space event compared

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Private-property facility closure
Restrooms offline for a renovation; peak at shift change; a 2-Stall in a loading bay or on a private service drive with a dedicated 20-amp outlet; building management sets receiving hours and the pump truck's window; the District's building and zoning offices confirm what the use and duration require on that parcel.
Public-space event
A street festival or a public gathering; peak at a break or the end of a program; a 4-Stall or the accessible configuration on a closed street or a plaza; placement on public space is a District public-space matter you arrange in advance, and federal land is a separate federal authority; a generator only where the permission allows it; the pump truck needs a window inside the event's closure plan.
Campus or institutional project
A university or hospital project on its own ground; peak at class or shift change; the institution controls receiving, the service window and the pedestrian route; the District still governs the parcel's use.
Trailer body
10 × 7 ft for the 2-Stall, 19 × 7 ft for the 4-Stall, overall length being re-verified (confirmed on your written spec sheet) for the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Towbar
4 ft on the 2-Stall; 5 ft on the 4-Stall and on the wheelchair-accessible configuration
Steps, ramp and use
the entry steps at each door, the deployed ramp and a level landing at its foot on the accessible configuration, and queue space kept clear of the doors and the ramp
Delivery and service access
a straight approach and turning room for the tow vehicle on delivery day, and a lane the pump truck and water fill can reach for the life of the placement

Body plus towbar is the parked length, not the complete operating footprint.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Washington has hot, humid summers and cold winters, so A/C carries the summer and heating is worth considering for spring, fall and early-morning shifts. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather and storage instructions, and decide between seasonal storage after draining and year-round operation before you buy. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules. In the District, confirm whether the property or the public-space permission allows a generator at all before planning on one.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs. In a dense placement, the service window matters as much as the interval.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Urban receiving
a street-side drop needs a loading zone or public-space permission you arrange with the District in advance; a private loading bay or service drive needs the property's receiving hours and credentials. Say which applies and send the approach, turning room and any overhead limit.
Delivery versus service access
delivery is one appointment; the pump truck and the water fill return on their own schedule for the life of the placement and need the same permissions and a window each time.
Handoff
the delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
you arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in the District of Columbia.
Included
the unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page. There is no District branch or rental fleet.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
the DC Department of Motor Vehicles titles and registers trailers. Confirm the title, registration and any inspection requirement for the exact unit and its documented weight with the DC DMV. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter, and the District is the authority to confirm with. Public space, including sidewalks, curb lanes, plazas and parks, is reviewed differently from private property; a placement on private property still involves the property owner and the District's building and zoning offices for the use and the duration. Federal land, including the National Mall and federal parks, is a separate federal authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the District, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing, and do not assume approval is automatic.

FAQ

Where can the unit be received and serviced?
On private property, wherever building management allows the tow vehicle and later the pump truck to reach the pad inside its receiving hours. On public space, only where the District's public-space permission places it, with the service window inside that permission. Delivery is one appointment; the service vehicles return for the life of the placement, as described under Delivery.
Who controls the proposed placement?
The property owner and the District's building and zoning offices for private property; the District's public-space process for sidewalks, curb lanes, plazas and parks; a federal authority for federal land. Approval is never automatic, and a short event and a season-long closure can be reviewed differently.
Can the selected configuration operate through the intended season?
Summer is covered by the A/C every unit has; spring and fall are more comfortable with heating. Occupied winter use needs documented cold-weather capability for the exact unit, continuous reliable power and winter service, as described under Climate. Otherwise plan to drain, clean and store the unit over winter.
Will the full deployed footprint fit?
Measure against the footprint rows above: body, towbar, steps or ramp and landing, queue space and the pump truck's lane. The 2-Stall's 10 × 7 ft body plus 4 ft towbar fits a loading bay that the 4-Stall's 19 ft body blocks. For the accessible configuration, add the deployed ramp and the route a wheelchair user takes to it across the actual surface.
Do you rent restroom trailers in the District of Columbia?
