Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in New Mexico

In New Mexico the first decision is cooling plus independent water and power: most placements run through dry heat, many sit far from a hookup, and the ones at elevation add cold nights and a real winter. An urban facility closure, a high-elevation seasonal site and a remote placement are three different problems, and the right unit depends on the busiest user interval, whether showers are needed, how far a potable fill and a pump truck must travel, and what the generator must do at that elevation. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to your receiving address anywhere in New Mexico. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In New Mexico, an urban closure is sized to the peak during the closure alongside remaining facilities and may need only a restroom-only configuration; a seasonal site at elevation needs a defined operating season and a storage plan; a remote placement needs a service plan that someone will actually keep.

Urban closure, high-elevation site or remote placement

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Urban facility closure
Peak users during the closure with a dedicated outlet from facilities and municipal water in reach; cooling carries the day, hot water is a choice, and cleaning and pumping fit around the building’s schedule.
High-elevation seasonal site
Warm-season weekends only; measure the approach, turning room and deployed pad before purchase, follow the generator manufacturer’s guidance for that elevation, and plan drained seasonal storage per the exact unit’s instructions instead of assuming winter operation.
Remote placement
Months of use with no hookups; the onboard tank, a sized generator and a provider who will drive the distance for potable fills and pump-outs decide whether the site works. Showers only if people stay on site.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Cooling comes first across most of the state; higher-elevation sites differ, with cold nights in every season and a real winter. A standard unit is not assumed suitable for occupied winter use without documented cold-weather capability from the manufacturer for that exact unit; ask about its operating limits, plumbing in cold weather, what happens during a power interruption, and storage instructions. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules. At elevation, follow the selected generator manufacturer's guidance for output and adjustment; we do not publish a universal derating factor.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A remote or high-elevation address should confirm the road, grade, turning room and who meets the driver; a secured facility or lab site needs gate credentials for delivery and separate standing access for recurring service vehicles. Send gate, overhead and staging limits with the address.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in New Mexico.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
New Mexico trailers are titled and registered through the Motor Vehicle Division; confirm the trailer’s category, the documents required and the fees with MVD or a field office before purchase. Applicable taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.
Tribal and federal land
If the parcel is on tribal, federal or state land, the controlling authority is that government or agency, not the nearest city; confirm with the property operator who that is.

FAQ

How should generator selection account for the site?
Start from the baseline under Power for the configuration, add the exact unit’s climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, then follow the selected generator manufacturer’s guidance for output and adjustment at that elevation. We do not publish a universal derating factor. Place and fuel it according to the property’s rules.
Can a remote property support water and waste service?
Only with a potable source and an authorized waste provider who commit to the interval your use requires; confirm both before purchase, including whether their trucks can make the trip and turn around at the pad. Showers shorten the interval. Monitored tank levels set the next visit.
What changes for winter operation at elevation?
Winter operation and seasonal storage are different plans. Heating warms the cabin; plumbing in cold weather, what happens if power is interrupted, and how the unit is drained and stored are separate questions for the manufacturer about the exact unit. Without documented cold-weather capability, plan a warm-season operating window and drained storage.
Do I need showers or hot water?
Showers only for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement. the wheelchair-accessible configuration also has hot and cold water. If showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration.
Do you rent restroom trailers in New Mexico?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. New Mexico is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
