Restroom trailers for sale

Restroom trailers for sale in Texas

Texas is large enough that the same trailer faces different problems depending on where it works: humidity and heat on the Gulf, cold spells in the north, dry heat and long service distances in the west and Panhandle. The decision starts with the use, an industrial shift change, a venue or a remote project, then the busiest user interval, whether showers are needed, and what the site offers for power, potable water and recurring waste service. All Pro sells new and pre-owned restroom trailers from Bonita Springs, Florida, with delivery quoted to your receiving address anywhere in Texas. Price is for the unit. Delivery quoted by ZIP.

Also available
Restroom-only units without showers, units with heating, a solar package option on all three models, and customization; ask for a quote if the configuration you need is not listed

Figures are approximate and configuration-specific; confirm the exact unit. Showers are useful for overnight stays, extended shifts, remote accommodation or an explicit requirement; if showers will not be used, ask about a restroom-only configuration. For the wheelchair-accessible configuration, review the ramp, landing, doorway, interior layout and the route to the trailer for your site.

In Texas the use sets the configuration. An industrial shift change needs compartments for the busiest interval alongside existing facilities; a venue needs appearance and an accessible route; a remote project needs a realistic duration, an honest shower decision and a service plan more than extra stalls.

Planning examples across Texas regions

Hypothetical planning examples, not case studies:

Gulf-coast plant turnaround
Contractors overlap employees at shift change for weeks in humid heat; size to that interval, expect A/C to run through the shift, and confirm the pump truck’s gate credentials and service window with site security before delivery.
North or central Texas venue
Weekend peaks and an accessible route to the ramp; a cold spell is possible in winter, so ask about the exact unit’s plumbing in cold weather if it stays in service year-round.
West Texas or Panhandle remote project
Months on site with no hookups; the onboard tank, a sized generator and a written fill and pump-out schedule with a provider willing to travel the distance decide whether the placement works. Showers only if crews stay on site.

Climate, power & water

Climate
Every unit has A/C; some include heating. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water.
Gulf
Prioritize cooling and plan for high humidity; heating is a comfort choice for winter mornings
North and central
Consider both A/C and heating for year-round use, and ask about the exact unit’s plumbing in cold weather and storage during a cold spell
West and Panhandle
Dry heat with cold winter nights; cooling first, heating for year-round shifts, and the same cold-weather questions for the exact unit

These are practical regions, not exact climate boundaries; where the trailer will travel matters as much as its home ZIP.

Power
Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection (dedicated means nothing else on that circuit). Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads, and a generator's total advertised output is not automatically available through one outlet. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property's rules.
Water
Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. Capacities are listed per configuration above; confirm the exact unit.
Servicing
Arrange cleaning, potable-water refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals. Stored water never removes the need for refills, cleaning and pump-outs.
Solar
A solar package is available as an option on all three models. What a package powers, and for how long, depends on the selected package.

Delivery from Bonita Springs

Every trailer ships from Bonita Springs, Florida; delivery is quoted to the receiving address, and availability, access and timing are confirmed on the quote.

Receiving
A secured plant, port or base site needs gate credentials for the delivery appointment and separate standing access for the pump truck and water fill that return for the life of the placement. A remote project should confirm the road, turning room and who meets the driver. Send gate, overhead and staging limits with the address.
Handoff
The delivery walkthrough is completed remotely for out-of-area buyers; 3 months of setup and operating support follow.
Recurring service
You arrange a local potable fill and an authorized waste-service provider; All Pro does not operate a service network in Texas.
Included
The unit as configured, its written warranty, the walkthrough and support.
Quoted separately
Delivery, options and customization, taxes, title and registration, and fees.

Short-term rentals are a separate service limited to Southwest Florida; see our rentals page.

Check placement requirements

Road paperwork
Texas trailers are titled and registered through the county tax assessor-collector under Texas Department of Motor Vehicles procedure. TxDMV guidance says a trailer with a gross weight over 4,000 pounds must be titled, while a lighter trailer is registered and may be titled at the owner’s option; confirm the trailer’s category and weight basis with the county tax assessor-collector before relying on that threshold. Applicable taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Placement
Where the trailer sits is a local matter; a postal city is not always the parcel authority. Confirm requirements with the property operator and the city, county or institution that controls the parcel, including trailer placement, vehicle access, generator use, the accessible route and waste servicing.
Secured sites
Plant, port and base security may require separate approval for the trailer, the delivery vehicle and every recurring service vehicle; obtain all of them before delivery.

FAQ

What changes when the trailer moves between Texas regions?
The climate equipment and the service plan. On the Gulf, cooling and humidity dominate. In the north and center, a unit in service through winter should be checked for heating and for how its plumbing is handled in cold weather. In the west and Panhandle, service distance matters most: confirm a potable fill and a pump-out provider before the trailer moves.
Can a remote project sustain water and waste service?
Only if someone will actually drive there. The onboard tank and a sized generator cover operation; refills and pump-outs are recurring. Before purchase, identify a potable source, an authorized waste provider willing to travel to the site, the interval their trucks can keep, and whether the road and pad let them turn around. Showers shorten that interval.
How should industrial shift demand affect selection?
Count the people who may use the restrooms in the busiest 15 minutes of a shift change, including contractors who overlap employees, alongside existing facilities. More compartments clear that peak; showers only if extended shifts or on-site accommodation call for them. Plan cleaning and pumping in a window that does not collide with the next shift.
What purchase paperwork applies in Texas?
Title and registration through the county tax assessor-collector under TxDMV procedure; the title requirement depends on the trailer’s gross weight and category, so confirm with that office. Taxes and fees are identified on your quote.
Do you rent restroom trailers in Texas?
No. Our rental fleet serves Southwest Florida only, within about three hours of Bonita Springs. Texas is a purchase with delivery quoted to the site.
