- Climate
- Every unit has A/C. North Florida has real winter cold, so for year-round use consider a unit with heating as well; it is a configuration choice based on season and use, not a requirement for every buyer. Check the specifications of the unit you select. Heating warms the cabin, not the shower water, and plumbing in cold weather is a separate question to ask about for the exact unit.
- Power
- Confirm the electrical requirements of the exact trailer you select. We recommend a dedicated 20-amp supply on the standard grounded three-prong connection. Where there is no suitable supply, our baseline is a quiet inverter generator with 4,000 running and 5,000 starting watts for the two-stall, four-stall and two-stall-plus-wheelchair-accessible configurations; sizing also depends on the climate equipment, accessories and simultaneous loads. Operate a generator according to its instructions and the property’s rules.
- Water
- Every current model includes an onboard fresh-water tank and pump, or connects to a hose supplying suitable potable water. The listed 2-Stall carries about 185 gallons fresh and 291 waste, the listed 4-Stall about 264 and 475; confirm the exact unit. Arrange cleaning, potable refills and waste pumping around expected use and monitored tank levels. Shower use can substantially shorten service intervals.
